The website did not say one cannot schedule RECALL

The website did not say one cannot schedule RECALL services online. When I get there the advisor gave me a lot of grief about I chose a different service category. Then she continued to give me grief about setting up an appointment for waiting instead of dropping off the car. It's gotten so bad that I chose to leave instead of continuing dealing with her. Not all advisors are this unprofessional. Last time I was there Waylon Lloyd was very courteous and helpful.

Good service

Went in for 40K and state inspection. Lloyd covered everything they plan to do. I waited in their lobby, which was nice, since the dealership had a quiet zone with chairs that had a swivel desk attached. They did a multi-point inspection. Lloyd stopped in to give me an update and did not pressure me into anything extra, which was wonderful. A great experience.

State inspection

Steven Royal helped this time. He has been very helpful in previous times as well. I make a point of talking to him since he has been so helpful in the past. Bought this vehicle from West Broad in 2009. First Honda purchase was in early 80’s. Ann Dale was a service writer way back when! Great!!!

experience was amazing

Cory was the person that helped me and he was such a big help! I went in with my eye on one car but was a little indecisive, so i was on the search for another one and he made such a big effort to help me out. I ended up purchasing the second vehicle and absolutely love it.

Great service experience

My appointment started and ended on-time. My service technician, Waylon Lloyd, was courteous, professional and kept me thoroughly updated throughout the appointment. I waited for my car during service and found that West Broad’s customer lounge had everything I needed to work while I waited. This was my first time using West Broad Honda for service and I will return again based on this great experience.

Great service

Waylon at West Broad Honda did an excellent job taking care of my car. During the middle of my service time I was sent a detailed video with him explaining everything, then he went over all service options with me, never remotely trying to pressure me. Then, without me, even asking, he ranked recommended services in order of priority. I appreciated him guessing that my budget might already be tight, giving me the information I needed, but also in no way making me feel worse for anything I needed to decline.

Excellent Service

Leslie always makes my service experience smooth sailing. She does an excellent job of explaining the condition of my vehicle and takes the time to educate me on my hybrid.
