The website did not say one cannot schedule RECALL services online. When I get there the advisor gave me a lot of grief about I chose a different service category. Then she continued to give me grief about setting up an appointment for waiting instead of dropping off the car. It's gotten so bad that I chose to leave instead of continuing dealing with her. Not all advisors are this unprofessional. Last time I was there Waylon Lloyd was very courteous and helpful.

Good service
Went in for 40K and state inspection. Lloyd covered everything they plan to do. I waited in their lobby, which was nice, since the dealership had a quiet zone with chairs that had a swivel desk attached. They did a multi-point inspection. Lloyd stopped in to give me an update and did not pressure me into anything extra, which was wonderful. A great experience.

Cory was the person that helped me and he was such a big help! I went in with my eye on one car but was a little indecisive, so i was on the search for another one and he made such a big effort to help me out. I ended up purchasing the second vehicle and absolutely love it.
