Call to inquire about a 2022 Ford F150 listed on their website and several others for $41,977. When I call and spoke to a sales rep a little later comes back with a price of $44,977 saying it was posted wrong however, spoke to management and would honor the original price. I then proceed to move forward with purchase and she said sales manager would call me which does not happen. After me having to call 3 more time and message sales rep. I speak with Eberson (sales manager) who tells me they can't do anything on price and it would be $44,977 plus the applicable dealer fees, not willing to compromise at all. This is an extremely bad business practice and disheartening for such a large dealership which has Ford and Toyota.

When I started to inquire about the truck listed at $41,977 the sales rep told me oh the price is higher. When I checked again it was changed to $44,977. The sales rep said she spoke with the sales manager and told me his name was Eberson and that they would honor the original posting. Well a day later that's not the case. No return call and after me having to call 3 separate times to see about the status was. He tells me it was a mistake and he can't honor the price or take anything off. This is extremely disheartening for a large Ford dealership and not the way to go about business.

Omar was a nice individual who was extremely honest and
Omar was a nice individual who was extremely honest and straight forward. After a long day of work and a 45min drive we called ahead and took the car for a quick test drive on our own. Attempted to work on a deal for a Used Ford Explorer and the car smelled bad of smoke but otherwise very well kept. Got an extremely lowball offer for our trade in that we weren't expecting much out of anyway. Sales Manager wasn't interested in any counter offers on trade in price then commented on maybe something more in our "price range" other than the explorer without even asking what our budget was. We never got to the point in the financials or what our budget was. He looked at how we were dressed and what my wife was drive and determined we didn't have enough money for something more expensive. Little did he know we both make well over 100k a year each and had the money to get whatever we wanted. Will not be visiting this dealership again and I wouldn't recommend going here if you're not dressed like you make more money.

Recently purchase a car for my granddaughter the third
Recently purchase a car for my granddaughter the third car we have purchased at Imperial Cars. Was disappointed when 3 thousand miles after purchasing was told the vehicle needed tires and brakes. Also purchased a service contract and now being told its a warranty not a maintenance contract although thats not what it says on my receipt. Was happy with salesmen but needless to say I am very disappointed with having to pay for tires and brakes after only as couple months. Have purchased vehicles from small local dealers that have stood behind their vehicles better.
