    I purchased a Q5 from Audi Peabody and had a pleasant experience! Not only did they find the right vehicle for me but they helped me get my payment to... fit into my budget! Mark and Ben were great but my salesperson Jon really rose to the occasion. I bought a used car and you would never know. The car looked amazing when I took delivery. All the details were met by Jon and I really appreciated his professionalism and class. Great dealership, great experience!

    Two month old Q3 needed Nitrogen. 2 hrs later Tech said they washed it as well. Bullcrap! Back on the road to Florida Steering Wheel off center, pulling... to left, Lane Departure compromised. Air pressure varied 2lbs on front tires. What a mess!

    My wife made an appointment with Billy to se a car. We really needed that car so we drove for an hour after work to see it in a 7pm appointment. We got... there at 6:35pm and were invited to sit down and wait. Just as we sat down we saw the car we were there to see being taken out which gave us relief thinking they had taken it out promptly for us to see. Little did we know that they were showing it to a person who had just arrived at the lot, who bought it before our unbelieving eyes. I went out and asked the person if he had just sold that car, and that I had an appointment to see it. He shrugged, put on an "I dont give a xxxx" face and said "He came in...he liked it...I sold it to him". Is this acceptable? Is this the way you always operate. YOU SUCK

    I am sorry to hear about your experience, unfortunately vehicles are for sale on a first-come-first-served basis. With a staff of over 10 sales associ...ates working both the internet, phone and walk-in, the traffic is possible to have multiple customers interested in the same vehicle, resulting in this unfortunate occurrence. I wish it was as simple as holding a vehicle aside on the promise of an appointment, but I will state that as often as a commitment to an appointment is fulfilled there is also an equal amount that is no shows. I am sorry that this occurred as I was here that evening and I am familiar with the chain of events. There were three people interested in the vehicle at that time and it was not intentional to disappoint you. If there is anything else I can offer please reach out to me at 978 818 7108.     I brought in my Q5 for service at Audi Peabody and it was a great experience.. Everything is smooth with Stefan.. Paperwork and loaner in less than ten... minutes.. 360 inspection and maintenance from the techs was done perfectly..

    Audi Peabody Dealership told me tire had small hole in middle of tread but because tire has noise reduction technology (foam inside) it cannot be repaired... and I have to buy new tire for $475. I left and called Hankook American HQ and was told tire can be repaired. Some dealers are not familiar with the process. It is almost the same as regular tire but section of foam needs to be removed inside tire. They sent me instructions. I went to Costco Tire and they fixed it for $11!
