Necessary repairs were explained and promptly completed.

Necessary repairs were explained and promptly completed. I called in am to see if any openings and there were. The services were completed by early afternoon. They then did a great job with their complimentary car wash and inside cleaning.

Brought my car in for service first thing in the morning,

Brought my car in for service first thing in the morning, got a loaner and got an email and video of my car with tech explaining the service provided. Very professional.

Our buying experience at Ira Lexus of Danvers was exceptional. Our Sales Consultant, Ray Hovsepian, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very good at keeping us informed during the entire process including providing an excellent orientation to our new vehicle. Our business manager, Gabe Monterroso, likewise was professional and informative. We appreciated the team?s willingness to work with us as out of state customers and they made the process as efficient as possible. We love our new Lexus and when it?s time to replace it, we would be happy to work with Ira Lexus of Danvers again.

Always a good experience.

Always a good experience. Everyone in customer service is pleasant. The waiting room is very comfortable but I had to wait 2 hours just for an oil change. They did apologize for the long wait

This is my FOURTH Lexus that I’ve purchased from IRA

This is my FOURTH Lexus that I’ve purchased from IRA Lexus of Danvers. I keep coming back because of the quality, the sales people and the service department. I’ve worked with Rick Kizner for over 20 years and he’s sold cars to my son and my father in law as well. Jennifer in the service department is wonderful to work with. I thought about finally making a switch to another car this year, but after driving others, nothing compares to Lexus.
