This is my first Lexus and I am really happy to have one.

This is my first Lexus and I am really happy to have one. Actually, I’m shopping to have a second one. The dealership is brilliantly run, and, as expected, it’s much too expensive. But otherwise, the personnel seemed to be very well treated by management, because they are so easy to deal with. The waiting area is great. Snacks are great. And having the car washed before it is returned is a real treat.
