I had an excellent experience today! I had my car serviced at 5K, they washed and vacuumed the car, made my car look brand new again!

After three or four years of asking, you still need a waste basket in the room with the desk wall and the opposite side of the waiting room from the coffee&snack area. I mentioned this to service managers and on reviews every time I go which is at least twice a year. Waste baskets are not expensive.

This was a good service visit. In addition to getting an oil and filter change (at a discount) thanks), my advisors pointed out that I was due for a vehicle inspection. They saved me from an unnecessarily return trip, which I appreciate. I do have a question that is unrelated to this particular service visit: WHY US IT THAT YOU NEVER ASK FOR A REVIEW WHEN THINGS DO NOT GO WELL, SUCH AS WHEN CUSTOMER-FACING EMPLOYEES FAIL TO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND/OR FOLLOW-UP ON ISSUES?

I arrived a bit early and was taken right away! Dennis was very good explaining all that would be done. Kept me up to date on what was happening! Even applied some discount coupons- very much appreciated.

Did work as planned. Helpful on time. Efficient had loaner which was great Tyler was responsive

Serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. Offered discount coupons for the work done. Kept me updated on the work being done. Quiet waiting area.

4 Stars for Dealership. I would have given 5 but the sales person was bad so no for Kal. This is my six Lexus I’ve bought and it’s the first time I had a bad experience with a sales person. I knew from day one I should have asked for a different sales person, the post sale experience has been very stressful. Kal is very short, quick, abrupt and condescending. Zero people skills. He accused me of things that were his mistake I should have requested someone else from the moment I met him.

I had an air conditioning issue on a used RX 350 that I bought in January from Ira Lexus Danvers. They were courteous and helpful. Service said the part had to be overnighted so they gave me a courtesy vehicle to use for the next three days. And didn’t charge me anything for the car or the completed service. That’s great Customer Service.

We received immediate service, which seemed highly efficient and well-organized. We are snowbirds up from the south for the summer, but with a moment on the computer our service records and maintenance program pre-payment data were retrieved. We are very satisfied.

In and out in 45 minutes for oil chg and car wash. All for $59:special! Plus coffee and clean waiting room . Check in with service rep was quick and easy
