With all the dealerships I visited, I had a great experience with Toyota. Tracy was wonderful and didn't come at me like a shark. She was very pleasant, honest and friendly individual. And Derrick was also very pleasant and was helpful and also answered any questions I had. Thank you Tracy and Derrick

Great Toyota dealership

Sales person was great! Jon Fritz. Very very accommodating and transparent. Super nice too. I live in Marlton New Jersey and I have two Toyota dealerships very close to me. It was worth it to me to travel 30 minutes to another dealership to get on his pricing and personable service.

I think it’s 20 years I am going to Team Toyota of Princeton and the number of years should say how happy I am with Team Toyota of Princeton. Recently I bought two used car within a month from here and primarily because of Ira Cohen who helped us to buy one of the best used cars in best condition and price.

Horrible

Willie in the service department refused to respond to my phone calls. He did not check my warranty and was going to charge me full price for service until I asked him to check. Apparently, the brakes on a Corolla are not covered in their warranty as, he stated, they are not a major function of the car. After I requested at my 12:30 appointment and with waiting time, he also refused me service for my key fob remote/battery because it was the end of his work day (3:30 on a Saturday) and he said that no one wanted to do it. Although they had 3 hours to replace the fob, I couldn't find where they had parked my car because it still wasn't working.

This is the worst place ever to buy a car or to have it...

This is the worst place ever to buy a car or to have it serviced. They are sexist, racist and they do not provide any of the services they claim. They will try to swindle you and they will keep you there for hours. Do not go to this place unless you bring an attorney with you. You are not safe. Willie in the service department doesn't give a s*** about his job and only cares about getting out of work early. He will lie to avoid any kind of responsibility in his job.

So, let's begin! What can I say — I rarely leave reviews (unless, of course, they are not negative). That is, for me to leave a positive review, I should really be impressed by what is happening. Even though the process of buying a new car is always quite exciting, in recent years it has been the norm for me, and buying a car is no different from buying a TV. But there is one caveat. This nuance is called — the attitude towards the buyer. I live in Brooklyn and the dealers here treat you like you're not human at all. So, for example, I wrote to 2-3 dealers and no one (!) even answered me. Apparently, they didn't need new customers or new sales. In addition, I was warned that buying a car in Brooklyn is not good (as well as servicing it). In this connection, I started looking for a dealer outside Brooklyn, in the state closest to us — New Jersey. I corresponded with 3 or 4 dealers, but only one dealer really liked me, and this dealer is called Team Toyota of Princeton. I worked with Roger Jespersen and I can tell you that I have never met such a kind, attentive, and responsive person before. Roger patiently answered all my questions, and there were many of them because we are in the country recently. He also helped to correctly approach applying for a loan and suggested how to do everything correctly. Upon arrival in the city, my wife and I were no less surprised — Roger arrived and met us at the station, this is what I call real respect for the client. Arriving at the dealership, we were offered cool water and, in general, the entire registration procedure took no more than 30 minutes, after which we left home in a new car. I want to express my deep gratitude to Roger for his ability to subtly feel the client and his needs and for the utmost care and correctness to the interests of the client. Without a doubt, if our next car is Toyota, then we will come for it only to Roger. Thank you!
