Positive Experience

My recent visit to Team Toyota of Princeton was a positive one. The staff is very courteous and professional. Even after the sales transaction was completed, they made me feel that I can reach out to them with any questions or concerns that I may have.

Excellent

Quick ,everyone friendly and explained everything. There were a lot of people in the waiting room but things moved fairly quickly. Services to be performed were explained prior to and in depth post.

Outstanding service

I have been dealing with Lawrence Toyota (even though you have changed names, the facility is located in Lawrenceville) for over twenty years. For most of that time, Brian Peters has been the service manager with whom I have been working. Brian provides excellent service and he is one of the reasons that I purchased my 2012 Toyota.

Excellent dealership and sales person!

Our experience with team Toyota, and specifically Roger Jespersen has been fantastic! We have bought two cars from Roger now, and are extremely impressed with his support! He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied!

Another Pleasant Experience

I once again had a pleasant experience during my visit at Team Toyota of Princeton. I was upgraded to a 2018 Corolla from a 2016 Corolla. Having a pleasant experience the first time getting a Toyota only made my second time even better.

Purchase of Used Car

Both Steve Vita and Tim Benamara were highly professional and accommodating. I was pleased with all aspects of the transaction exception the following: I was told initially the best loan rate available was 3.99% (although my credit rating was among the highest of all customers, according to the salesman). I explained that the bank I researched provides 2.99%. This rate, I was told, was not possible at Team Toyota. However, upon reviewing the contract, I was offered 2.99% provided that I purchase a warranty. I agreed to do that, despite my discomfort with this approach, in order to get the lower rate. Clearly, I was creditworthy for 2.99%, yet Team Toyota will approve this lower rate ONLY if I purchase a warranty at a cost to me of over $1,800. The car I purchased is already covered for some time by the factory warranty, so it isn't wise to spend a large sum on yet more coverage. I am very unhappy and uncomfortable with this tactic! I am requesting an exception--please provide me with the 2.99% rate without buying an expensive warranty. Once done, I will be an enthusiastic advocate for Team Toyota to friends and family. Thanks once again to Steve and Tim for their professionalism. I would like to receive a prompt response to my request. Thank you.

excellent

I am always well taken care at Toyota of Princeton. Brian in service clearly explains my repair/maintenance needs and any unforeseen delays. I take two of my Toyota's there and have not been disappointed by the customer service and maintenance teams. Well-done.

Highly recommend

My salesman Berry Kramer was very polite I knew exactly what he was talking about do not try to hustle me and any car not only did I buy 2016 Toyota Tacoma but a week later also purchase a 2016 Toyota Camry that he did a lot of researching for me
