Dear Service Chevrolet Cadillac, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service provided by your team during our recent trip. When our car broke down on I-10, you were true lifesavers. Oran Laughlin's prompt response and the efficient assistance of the Chevrolet team were commendable. From promptly towing our car to providing us with a ride to the dealership, you ensured our safety and convenience. It was a huge relief to have your support during such a challenging situation. I was thoroughly impressed by your team's dedication in fixing our car. Special thanks to Candace Rocca, Roderick Dugas, and Nick Delhomme, who were outstanding. The next morning, they worked diligently to get us back on the road. Thanks to their expertise and swift action, we were able to continue our vacation to Disney World without any further disruptions. I cannot thank you enough for the exceptional service we received. The professionalism, kindness, and efficiency displayed by your entire team were remarkable. Lazy, time and money wasting service department

By far the worst service department!! My truck has been leaking water in my lap every time it rains for well over six months! The vehicle is still under warranty. I’ve brought it 3 different times they keep it for a week and when I call to ask if it’s fixed they say “oh we can’t find the leak” I show they 15 videos I’ve made of it pouring. But still nothing!! I got my truck back last night , when I looked on top you can clearly see that the onstar antenna gasket is cracked!!!!! That means no one has even taken the time to look ontop of the roof right above the leaking area!!!!!!!! Also one google search I find that the onstar antenna leak is a well known issue in these trucks!!!! They are just lazy lazy people!!!!!!

Terrible car buying Experience.

The vehicle delivered from GM off truck on 4/27/2023 and I was promised that he car would be placed in the showroom. on 5/2/2023, I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle and it was still not prepped and was full of mud all over the vehicle. After supposed cleaning the mud, I still had to get an offsite company to remove all the tires and clean the mud out of the fender wells as well as out of the carriage skid plate. The salesman told me that the car was offload from the truck in that condition. The salesman lied to me in every aspect of this delivery and there were miles put on the vehicle that was not explained. My Corvette buying experience was ruin because of this. This is the second GM vehicle I purchase from Service Chevrolet in a 2-month period and the first experience was not all that pleasant either. I came out of this deal feeling that Service Chevrolet does not value customers that way they say they do.

They are not honest in sales and definitely not in

They are not honest in sales and definitely not in service. Went for a diagnostic because my car wouldn't start last week. They were closed and said they couldnt check it until today. Did a diagnostic and said it was the same replacement Aldelco battery they had in the car when I purchased it. Autozone and other places said the battery is fine.

1* dealership

They got me approved for a truck. Sold the truck the next day without any notice. Thankfully I didn’t make the 110 mile drive to pick up the truck. Save your time and effort. This dealership don’t want your business..

Experience That Rubbed Me The Wrong Way!

Went to visit this dealership to purchase a new vehicle, first salesman (John) was ok, showed me a few features on the car that I was interested in. He was kind of rushy. I was interested in looking at others, but he was just like it has this feature and that feature, but it was like he didn't want to really take the time to look at them. Then, he informed me that a particular car (that I was interested in) had been sold when, in actuality, they hadn't even sold the vehicle. Then, I go back the 2nd time and met with Lisa. From the first time, when I would inquire about things on the vehicle, she would take forever to respond, then when she would respond she didn't know the answer and would always have to go and research it. I mean I told you what vehicle I was interested in, look like you would get all the information for your customer. Then, I finally got to test drive the vehicle I was interested in with Lisa (mind you John told me that it was sold). Well, my experience with Lisa was mediocre. I mean she was very laid back, didn't have the car ready when I told her that I would be there in 10-15 minutes, then while doing the test drive, she hardly said anything, didn't tell me about the features of the car unless I asked and when I asked, she either didn't know or said let me see. Then, when we were going over the numbers of the trade in and new vehicle, she looks at me as if I had committed a crime or sin because I was trading in my vehicle in before it was completely paid off. I mean people do that everyday, that just rubbed me the wrong way! And, after that, it all went downhill. I wasn't even interested in purchasing from them anymore and was ready to move on. She fakes and says, but thank you for coming in and nice meeting you (something you have to say to fake customer service)...she immediately leaves and goes to park the vehicle that I was interested in back to where it was. She didn't even bother to wait for me or to walk or escort me to my car or even bother to tell me where my vehicle was because they had pulled it on the side/back to do the appraisal for my car for the possible trade in. What a bad experience! It's like she was tired, ready to go home and that was the end of that! I definitely will not step foot at this dealership again! It lacks genuine customer service, friendliness and a cordial welcoming feel! Never again, lesson learned! I will go where customer service is TRULY valued and where employees enjoy helping everyone no matter what the circumstance or situation is!

Eleven months and still waiting on my car

I brought my car there to fix my bumper and trunk 11 months ago and my car is still there. The trunk is still not fix and the seat cover has been on back order for 6 months. The rats got in my car and they acting like it’s nothing and nobody at the dealership knows what to do?

Junk Radio from the start with no service

Radio was a piece of junk from day one. I have a chevy colorado and my brother has the canyon both radios are garbage. They refuse to look at it at all. Posting video all over facebook and other media. GM sucks ever since Mary Barra took control. I am 54 and my entire family have always purchased Gm. Not anymore. We will spread the word you can count on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
