Bought a 2016 Range Rover Sport from this dealer a couple of years ago. After only 25k miles, being told that the tires need replacement. This car has... been driven only in the suburbs of New York. The service technician tells me that I am actually doing better than average, that he has changed tires after only 18k miles. Never in 25 years of doing 30k mile leases have I ever had to change the tires for a car. Called the GM Bryan Philips 3 times and he hasn't even bothered to return my calls. Atrocious service for a $80k car.

Had a good experience with the deal , got me the car I want for the price range I want and could work with, James Raysor made it work out. Picked up the... car within 24 hrs ,done deal and driving happy in my new car . Thanks James!
Horrible customer service during the sales process and during the duration of the lease. 3 days to fix a GPS issue is crazy and the loaner car they provided... was a mini van! Not even a similar car.

This dealer is a mess. When calling the service department, the chances of the phone being answered is slim to none. I had to go thru the sales department... (surprise, surprise the sales department will answer the phone usually by the second ring) to finally get someone in the service department. I have to say the entire customer experience at this dealership is awful. Ever since AutoNation purchased this dealership its customer care is horrendous. My gut tells me that AutoNation is more concerned about eeking out the last nickel instead of focussed on the customer. When you sell +$100k automobiles, its all about the customer and not about saving a few bucks on hiring more customer support professionals.

I worked with Jim Raysor and had a good experience, he was patient, knowledgeable and ready to help. I walked in knowing what I wanted and what I was... willing to spend. He didn't pressure me and remained straightforward the entire time. Long story short I purchased and my overall experience was very good. I am quite pleased
My wife and I spent more than a week dealing with a sales person (Eric) and sales manager (Kevin) of this dealership to purchase a new Range Rover. First... and foremost, they were negotiating with my wife and I for a vehicle that they didn't even have in stock. I fully understand that dealers sometimes work with other dealers to obtain a vehicle that they may not have there on site. But the fact that they were assuring me that they could obtain it when in fact they were really never making the attempts that they said they would to acquire the vehicle we wanted was very upsetting. Especially to my wife. The phrase "Happy wife..Happy Life" means nothing to these people!! And mine is extremely "unhappy" right now. After spending an entire week negotiating on a car that did not exist, the General Sales manager, John DeAngelis accused my wife and I of being part of some Export something or another with intentions of shipping the vehicle overseas and demanded to see our individual credit reports as well as one entire year of our personal bank statements! xxx Really?? Rather odd considering the fact that we were purchasing the vehicle outright. We were not looking for financing of any sort! Why would a dealer violate what seems to be or I would at least think would be covered under some sort of privacy act? Not sure. But after reluctantly offering our statements, Mr. DeAngelis then refused us as customers before even providing the info. After having this experience, it left us with a feeling that the employees of this establishment and Mr. DeAngelis more specifically, are up to something rather nefarious and perhaps fraudulent. We reccomend that you avoid this dealer at all costs!

Tried to purchase a Range Rover last week from this dealership. Saw a few on their website that looked like what I wanted. Went in on 3/29 and spoke with... Randy Escano. He found one in their inventory that I liked and I test drove another because the one I liked was on a different lot. After discussing it with my wife later that night and the next day, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. I called Randy the following afternoon and gave him my credit card info to hold the car. He was supposed to email a purchase order to me the next day and never did. I tried sending him emails and made numerous calls for two days. I discovered that he never even ran my card for the deposit. I tried calling the Sales Mgr, Kevin Holmes, but his voicemail was full. I give up. I've never encountered such a highly unprofessional crew as the people that work here! I'll take my business elsewhere.
We appreciate you taking the time to respond. The staff at Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle take our reviews very seriously. If you are willing, plea...se call our General Manager directly at (914) 633-6777 for further assistance with moving forward. Thank you for leaving your feedback, and we hope to hear from you in the future.
i have 2012 Land rover LR4 with Certified Pre Owned Warranty which was purchased from this dealer about a year ago. Recently passenger cabin filled out... with lots of water due to heavy rain. I have taken my car to this dealership , and it was diagnosed as dispose pipe coming from sunroof to the bottom of the car was misplaced. I was told that this was not covered under warranty and was asked to pay $1000 so they can put the pipe back. I refused the charge and fix and i was charged $250 for diagnose. For those who get excited about cpo warranty, it basically covers nothing. If you have a Landrover, you need to live the fact that this luxury suv gets lot of water inside :) Any pipe may come out on this car and you may be faced $1000 for the fix (put the pipe back) There are thousand of complains about the same issue and no one including this dealer and Land Rover USA do care about the fix. This car may work in California, not in New York. What a shame!!!! Thank you Baris Alyanak
I went to this dealer considering both the fleet and the historical reviews. Not sure if I was the chosen one to get such a treatment but it was sad. I... drove there three times in a week, after call confirmation, spending a good $30-$40 on tolls each time. I had the same experience on all the three visits. The front desk lady didn't know who to direct me to and made me wait for 30 minutes when there was just 30 minutes left for that day. The second time I went I was told the car I was considering for a purchase has been sold but then there was no further discussion on possible options to consider. No customer retention. Third time I went to see two cars, the rep made us wait for an hour with no concern. I just stood there patiently. I got to see one car and when asked for the second I got an immediate an answer that it's sold. I was not given any options again. I wrote back the next day asking the black car and I was told it should be available and will confirm. Now am not looking for a confirmation. I decided on a different make and it took me one visit and one hour to finalize on a car and wohoo I own a luxury car now.
Amazing and Flawless. Thanks for making it Easy! :)
