My salesman, Norton, was the best.

My salesman, Norton, was the best. He was honest, knowledgeable, and attentive to what I was looking for. I was initially looking for an EV, but after discussing my personal needs with him I went with a hybrid. This was definitely a good decision. My experience, from Norton first greeting me to delivery of the vehicle was awesome. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I want to personally thank Steve Antle for making it such

I want to personally thank Steve Antle for making it such a genuine and pleasant experience. Steve really cares for the customer and does his best at giving you a fair deal while being very patient! My car was under the Fords blue advantage program so when a service light had came up Robert bell was very professional and acted upon fast to make sure any underlying issues were resolved then and there at the Audi service dealership. A week later Rob even called back to make sure everything was fine with my vehicle and let me know that if I needed anything to give him a call. This made me feel a lot better about my purchase and ultimately I had a great experience at Barton’s ford of Suffolk so thank you!

The dealership was fair and above board in all aspects of my purchase. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime and this by far was the best experience.

Very efficient, handled issue with my truck quickly,

Very efficient, handled issue with my truck quickly, shuttle service was awesome. Was able to make a online appointment on Sunday for following morning. Service rep communicated threw the whole process , no surprises.
