Charged $195 for an oxygen sensor I later found listed at Advanved Auto Part for $28. For the cost of the repair I could have bought a fault reader and... four oxygen sensors and done the service myself. I guess you just cannot take your vehicle to Ford after the warranty runs out.
Ashley DeMayo in Service department makes my life easy!!! She expertly handles repairs (2015 Platinum Edge) and maintenance issues for my car. She makes... it look easy. I switched to this Barton based on the excellent customer care at this dealership!!
Took vehicle to this dealership for repairs because it was close to my house. Dropped vehicle off and over three weeks and still don't have vehicle... back yet, with no date of return. Engine was taken apart and then pushed outside allowing for elements to due further damage and now dealership feels that this is okay and that there is nothing wrong with rust inside of an engine or dirt on internals of an engine. Had a meeting with service manager and general manager and got a lot of smoke and mirrors in front of me. Called Ford and got a completely different story from what the dealership said, along with documented dates from their computer system, this is why the dishonest part of my title. Do not take your vehicles to this dealership for any types of repairs as they will do you a disservice and your vehicle will most likely come back to you with bigger issues then you started with.
The sales person was very pushy and followed me to the car several times. The deal maker man continued to run my credit even after I paid cash for the... vehicle. The deal maker man then was no longer employed with the company with in a week. Very disappointed with their tactics.
My husband and I brought our 1st brand new vehicle back in 2014. Great friendly experience and great prices!! We had brought a used truck there in the... past. Love coming to Barton Ford. They always get the work done right. I recommend this dealership to anyone!!
Ashley Demayo was awesome. I needed a repair done and she managed the work with professionalism expeditiously. There was a slight discrepancy in communication... on the needed repair. Ashley acknowledge the problem and rectified it immediately in support of customer satisfaction. I will definitely return to Barton Ford, Suffolk when I need special attention paid to my Lincoln Navigator.
Mrs. Everett is extremely friendly and was very helpful when I had questions, the service writer Katy was really nice as well, felt like the whole place... had an overall great attitude and also they are timely on the service, was not there long
Ashley Demayo was both friendly and professional. My vehicle was taken back I. A timely manner and everything was conveyed in a way that was not overbearing... but understandable.
I appreciate the excellent customer service that I received, from the Barton Ford Service Department; the Shuttle Driver feature is excellent, my vehicle... is road ready, and I will continue to be a Barton Ford customer.
