My lease was up and I went in to look for anew car. Brian greeted me and soon as I walked in and answered all of my questions. Great customer service!

Excellent experience, salesperson listened to my concerns, features I needed to be in the car and my budget. He offered me a deal I was comfortable to close on the same day although I did not intend to purchase on that day.

G90 purchase

The overal buying experience was good. Unfortunately when the car was delivered, the rear screen was broken. I am waiting for the part to arrive to fix it.

Horrible Experience

I had an awful experience at this dealership. I went to inquire about current lease specials and to get an estimate for a trade in. The sales associate questioned my intentions and was not helpful. The manager was extremely rude and condescending. Apparently, they are not willing to discuss pricing if you have no intention buying or leasing. Didn't know it was a crime to shop around. Don't waste your time with this dealership! I was treated much better in other dealerships.

long day at hyundai dealer

besides the fact that it took 6 hours to get out of the dealer, everything was perfect. I didn't mind waiting because it was end of month and weekend. I was expecting delay anyway. Mr. Lee was exceptionally helpful from beginning to the end.

Great experience

I had the pleasure of dealing with the good people at Paramus Hyundai. From start to finish, the experience was delightful and unlike any other car shopping experience I had. I was greeted by Junia who was incredibly courteous and respectful. I then worked with Eddie Santiago and I could not have been happier. Eddie was the consummate professional and worked with me to find my dream car within my budget. There were no games and no gimmicks. He was straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.
