Overpriced

All of their service offerings, even with their service coupons are overpriced. $154 for a 7,500 mile servicing? This service includes: • Change oil and filter • Lubricate chassis, as needed (At 7,500 this shouldn't be necessary) • Lubricate latches and hinges, as need (At 7,500 this shouldn't be necessary) • Check and adjust belts and hoses • Check tire wear and set pressure • Inspect steering and suspension • Inspect exterior lighting • Adjust parking brake if necessary • Set fluids to proper levels • Rotate and balance tires • Inspect brake linings, pads, rotors, and calipers. I also own a brand new Ford. My servicing at Ford has thus far been an amazingly expensive $29. For $29 at the Ford dealer just down the road, I get: • Synthetic Blend Oil Change • Tire Rotation and Pressure Check • Brake Inspection • Multi-Point Inspection • Fluid Top-Off • Battery Test • Filter Check • Belts and Hoses Check Somehow potentially lubricating chassis and hinges costs $125. At Pep Boys, an oil change is $29.99, comes with tire rotation and multipoint inspection, including battery, belts, hoses, steering, suspension, lights, etc. Again, somehow potentially lubricating parts costs $125. Must be an amazing lubricant they're using over there.

My car buying experience was a great one. Especially since I had a great salesperson and I leased my car at the right price. Even a month after my purchase, I can still say I love the car and will recommend the same experience to anyone I know looking to buy or lease a car.

Buyers Beware

Bottom line know the fine print and ASK questions! You think you're getting a DEAL think again... a LARGE BILL is the mail and NO ONE is willing to help! I am a 3 time Hyundai Leasee! I was hit with over mile charges, wear and tear and a deposition fee...AND I leased another car with THEM! I was expecting some give as a LOYAL customer instead they leased us another car, sent us on our way and we were hit with a $2885 bill! I leased another Hyundai to NOT deal with ALL of these charges. I would have went to FORD/HONDA/ANY OTHER and been treated with honestly, integrity and known what I was dealing with! I am glad they made their money for their family because they really just effected mine!
