Replacing my 3 week old 2013 Santa Fe
My Hyundai Santa Fe of less than one month was totaled when it rolled three times in Georgia. I made my way north for my Christmas visit my daughter. I needed to replace the car. As it had saved my life I wanted the same model. After days of searching New York and New Jersey I found the perfect car at a Hyundai dealer in Paramus. I am back in Florida. my 20 day temporary NJ plate expired 13 days ago. Ziggy, the salesman has not returned my phone call. I asked to talk to a manager on a subsequent focal I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. He did not. Three days after I bought the car I was driving through New Jersey in a snowstorm And realized the windshield wipers were almost useless. I stopped by the dealer and Ziggy told me he wasn't sure that they could do anything. I pointed out it was a certified used car and should have function of wiper blades. The manager agreed and I drove off able to see. The day we bought the car I asked Ziggy to help me connect my phone. He said he would be right out. 10 minutes later my husband I figured it out ourselves. While working all day there was another Salesman standing in the lot I asked if he would help us and he said Ziggy would be out soon. I have never heard of such lack of service ever. I went back to crown Hyundai in St. Petersburg where I bought the first car and they were most helpful. The wonderful service I got from Holly in St. Petersburg made up for the poor service of Ziggy. Vicky did not forget however to remind me several times to go online and write a review. This is it.

Great Buying Experience!
I had an A+, experience at Paramus Hyundai. My salesman Brian was friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly not pushy. I really didn't plan on buying that day and hadn't even cleaned out my old car in any anticipation, but the great deal I was offered was too good to pass up. Brian took care of the paper work and off I went in my new car. Paramus Hyundai and their staff were attentative and treated us first class.

Excellent service and experience
I went to this dealership a couple days ago to look at used cars and was immediately helped by one of the sale rep. He was very kind and helped me look at different options I would like. Liars! don't do business with then unless its written!
bunch of liars, i came with my Hyundai 2013 Elntra with two month left on the lease to trade it with another car. part of the agreement was that they will buy the car and ill pay for the new car I took Hyundai Tuscon. After two months i'm realizing they paid only one payment! tried contacting them and espcailly the guy that handled me Eric (which is nice guy) but lied me in my face! they don't return your calls, they telling to to contact Hyundai financing while they handled the whole process. wasted 3-4 weeks of phone calls and stress! At the end I had to pay it out of my pocket. I learned the lesson and I warn you guys as well don't trade or do any deal with them unless what agreed verbally is written black and white.
