My new car review
I am very happy with my lease on my new Hyundai Santa Fe. Salesman, Brian Gombocz was very professional yet friendly. Dealership was very nice and stocked. I had just came from Glen Toyota in Glen Rock and your dealership was 100% nicer and cleaner.

My experience at Hyundai
Jefferson was my sales man and he was very helpful and so patient when helping me pick the right car, he definitely helped me pick the car of my dreams. Everyone at Hyundai including the general manager Rocco were outstanding and made my purchase a great experience. The invisible customers!!
I am the mother of three boys and I have been looking for a large SUV for some time now. A friend of mine recommended Hyundai of Paramus and even directed me towards a gift card deal to get a $50 visa gift card just for stopping in and looking at the cars. Since my 18 year old son that is now attending college is also seeking a car, we went together and I must say I was in awe. First impression was simply Wow! What a beautiful place and full of people..A gentleman approached myself and my son saying he is not a salesman but some type of promotional person, so I gave him our papers and he took our licenses and information and put them into a computer, then he told us to press a button and then said we won a free oil change..thought that was strange but said to myself hey maybe it is just an added bonus. He then introduced us to a Mr. Lee. The first thing Mr. Lee did was look at his watch (It was 630pm), which I found a bit rude, but hey we all have things to do..he showed us a few different SUV's, then as we were looking at the Santa Fe, he handed us business cards and told us to call him if we had any questions. After we left, it just felt strange so I called and spoke to a very sweet woman (i wish I knew her name) who explained they had two promotions going on and the gentleman must have signed us up for the wrong one. She then took my information and said the manager would call me the next day or just simply email me the gift card. So my impression was still great customer service except for Mr Lee who was in a rush..The next day I heard nothing from anyone..gave it another day, then I called again, I was told the manager wasnt in and they took a message...Now we are going on day FIVE, and I still hear nothing..meanwhile I have emailed Mr Lee a few times, and he doesnt reply either!! I have never in my life experienced such a blatant disregard for the customer!! Three messages later, and a few emails later, I decided to take to social media and the internet..Next step is corporate..Maybe they are under the impression that I am not interested in purchasing a car..I am!!! Very much so! So is my son!! If I did not live a little distance away I would have gone back to discuss in person why this ignorance is necessary when the mistake was made by the gentleman working there not by us. Whoever reads this might think wow this lady is making a big deal over a gift card promotion!! Yes! Yes I am! And it isnt the promotion, its the common courtesy of a call back!! Or at least an email!

Amazing sale!
I've purchased four cars here now. My salesman Rachid was amazing. Right away we r for the best deal overshot the package I wanted and promised for the price e I was looking for. One trip to the manager aND we made a deal. I got a great deal with a better car than I tht I'd get. Anthony the manager made it all happen. A handshake sealed the deal. Not only did they give me what in asked for but went above and beyond, got me the best car for my dollar and made the deal happen in less than an hour. I left the place w the car and came back to sign the papers the next day I highly recommend them. Management has gotten their biz. Together!

The best dealer experience ever
I'm very satisfied with my recent purchase of Hyundai Sonata at Paramus Hyundai. People working at that dealership are professional nice and very helpful . Guys know exactly the car one needs to go for.
As someone who has moved into US recently these guys knew exactly how to deal with such a situation. Not just sorting out the financing part, they were able to provide the right car options for us. We finally chose the new Elantra Limited Tech model. Again a special note for Iggi, who helped out in showing various models. He explained the features, the good n bad about each car which was very helpful in our decision making. Finally we got a car with all the top tech features, high fuel efficiency and economical.

Leasing 2016 Veloster
Salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Once you get passed the typical experience of the back and forth on price, everything went smoothly from that point. Salesperson even handled getting my insurance coverage directly with my carrier. He has since followed up with me for my second key and to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions.

Best Experience Ever
Today I went out with the intention of gathering information about different all-wheel drive vehicles as my car lease had only 2 months left on it and I was unsure of which vehicle I wanted to lease next. I visited 4 different dealerships before arriving at Hyundai of Paramus. I was instantly greeted by Lloyd Tomlinson from their sales team. He was friendly, informative, and not the least bit pushy. He only showed me vehicles in my price range which I liked. I had no intention of signing any documents today as I told Lloyd until his manager, James Cavuoto came over and made me a "deal I could not refuse". I had been to 4 dealerships before Hyundai and not one of them even came close to the price that I was given on my Hyundai Tucson. After I made my decision, Lloyd quickly went into action to get me out in a timely manner. Hyundai of Paramus may have just gotten themselves a lifetime customer. I would highly recommend this dealership.
