This is the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. I was always wary of small dealerships but Fairless definitely changed my outlook. They got me approved quickly over the phone but they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted in stock. Tim worked to source me the exact vehicle and specs I wanted within days and got it delivered that same week. On top of that the paperwork process was a breeze and really quick. In addition any minor issues I had I was able to get fixed right away plus they offer a 30 day warranty. I love how laid back, no pressure, responsive, attentive the team is. I will be a returning customer for my future purchases.

I inquired about the red jag f pace listed here actually. And i spoke to a guy named Tim. He was unprofessional and didn't like that i wanted more red than the white one with maroon leather. They apparently sold the red jag thats listed here btw. So i said oh can you find me one? He said no i dont do that. So what hes saying is hes not only a liar hes mediocre at his job. And then started to scream at me into the phone. I hung up. Lol im not going to allow a man child to yell at me and certainly not from a scam car dealership. So def dont go here. These people are shady. And that car is probably still there.

My mom purchased a used car from Fairless Motors in November 2024 and opted for a warranty at the time of purchase. Within two months, the car developed multiple issues. The driver’s side door wouldn’t close properly, and I was told it needed coolant-related repairs. The dealership said I could only go to certain mechanics to keep the warranty valid, but getting service through these providers has been a nightmare. One of the shops kept my car for three weeks without doing any work. I’m now stuck paying a car note and insurance on a vehicle I can’t even drive. I’ve made several attempts to get help or a resolution, but I keep getting the runaround. I expected much better support, especially when a warranty was purchased. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

They don’t respond. Not transparent. Raised price of car after I showed interest. Reached out several times for info and got the runaround.

We drove up here from Maryland cuz I wanted the gmc Denali truck. The experience was everything I could ask for. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Family environment. My salesman Gregg handled my deal perfectly. Easy going. Go see them if you need a truck thanks guys

Bought a '13 BMW 528i with only 69k miles after having my Lexus with 90k miles for over 5 years, problem free. Lexus was totaled, bought this car at Fairless Motors with no warranty. This was my mistake, but doesn't excuse the fact that the engine blew (BMW wants to charge me for a new engine), and the car was BMW dealer diagnosed to have a damaged engine, a bad CV boot, and a cracked rim. I put less than 4k miles on this car and they were very babied highway miles. This car was dressed up to look good but is now a 20k paperweight that cannot even be put into neutral to store in a garage. Tried to call dealer, he stonewalled me, would offer nothing but a referral to one of "his guys". (presumably a private mechanic). If you buy here, beware. NO way i did that amount of damage to a vehicle that was barely driven. This car was sold to me to make a quick buck but it is junk. Go to a more reputable dealer.

I stopped in just to look. Didn’t think I’d get approved or anything but my salesman Gregg actually made it seem easy and I’m driving home in my new bmw 428i. Shocked. Definitely recommend
