On Sunday, June 15, my check engine light came on.
On Sunday, June 15, my check engine light came on. I swung by AutoZone to check the service code, which confirmed an issue. I called Martin Chevrolet and spoke with Walter, a service advisor who explained the code clearly and told me to come in before 9 AM for quick service. At Martin Chevrolet, Walter ran another code test, got the same result, and checked for the part while I waited. He soon confirmed they had it and said my car would be ready in two hours. Walter’s customer service was outstanding—he made me feel like his only priority. I highly recommend Martin Chevrolet, especially Walter, for top-notch, professional, and caring service. My car’s fixed, and I’m thrilled with the experience.

But Robbie and team made that process a completely different experience. I really appreciated that we did not spend hours going back and forth on price. My service advisor was great.
My service advisor was great. Unfortunately, the person who rotated my tires failed to return my tire locking device and I had to return to the dealership in order to retrieve it. This is the second time this has happened in the last two service appointments.
