    For a place with zero precautions on COVID in how they walk around the showroom; their limit on my parents sitting in the car, i was checking out for them,... made no sense. Saw no face masks, no implementation of six feet distancing. Literally the only thing they cared about was my parents sitting in. No thank you not buying a car without test driving it. Terrible.

    I purchased my vehicle over a year ago. Brought it back seven days after purchasing because of persistent noises to my tire. They could not find anything... wrong. Whenever I come to this location the customer service staff is the rudest people that you can ever imagine. When I brought my vehicle in again. I was told I have to pay for the technican to look at the problem. I adk why, she replied they have to get paid". I will not recommend this location to no one.

    I purchased 5 vehicles and I would never go anywhere else, very professional! I was impressed as you walk in as a customer and leave like part of there... family, the sales professionals take the time to get you in the correct vehicle that fits your needs, Matt in finance will fight to get you the best rate possible . The service department is very professional and gets it right the first time. They offer a loaner if it's going to be a timely repair! Thanks for the trouble free purchases... Ray R

    Your quick lane service is no good. I waited over an hour and never got any service for my car. Plus I was the only one in the waiting room the whole hour.... So mich much for your service

    Bad service. They didn't even try to earn my business. The salesman Mort even said hey look ya that Woman over there she would bl.. me for sure. Unreal... and management was whistling at the same tome. Insane this business is even here and/or has management like this.

    For sure the best! There professional staff will take however long it takes to get you in the vehicle that fits your needs! They don't just shove you in... a vehicle to make a sale! I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and it's always trouble free! Most dealers treat you like a number! When entering this dealership you become family and that is the way your treated! Also the service department is the best I have ever been to! I definitely highly recommend them! Thanks again for the trouble free purchase! See you soon for vehicle #6

    Called Monday to see if car still available, drove to get Tuesday and they raised the price $1,000.....THATS CRAPPY....drove 3 hours...should have told... us Monday they were raising price, would have saved a day off and a 3 hour drive!

    We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can... always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the ! Thanks Ron

    Strongly recommend to NOT purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealership. Service is one of the worst encountered. I made the mistake of purchasing... a new 2017 Escape and a pre-owned 2016 Fusion within the past two years from this dealership. Once I signed the agreement for the vehicles the staff's attitudes completely changed. You will for sure regret your purchase decision if you decide to buy from Al Piemonte Ford.
