    We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can... always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the ! Thanks Ron

    Strongly recommend to NOT purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealership. Service is one of the worst encountered. I made the mistake of purchasing... a new 2017 Escape and a pre-owned 2016 Fusion within the past two years from this dealership. Once I signed the agreement for the vehicles the staff's attitudes completely changed. You will for sure regret your purchase decision if you decide to buy from Al Piemonte Ford.

    I email this dealership several times about a vehicle I was interested in. (sale person) Tavia Shepherd responded. I ask could he send me a few photos... of the vehicle (Ford Explorer) there were no pictures or vehicle features posted. Just the price. He responded when do you want to come in, I'm here to till 9:00 PM. Are you trading in a vehicle? I replied, did you take the photos? Tavia sais I did not. Are you interested in stopping by today. Why is it so hard to pull out your phone and take a picture of the vehicle. I made a final plea for the photos, never heard back from him. Al Piemonte has very poor customer service. There are so many more dealerships out there that Value your business. I will move on, Should have read the YELP reviews first. Alone with Cars.com

    Almost 2 months later and 35 phone calls later, I am still in tears over my new car purchase! I can’t even comprehend my Situation with this transaction.... No apologies, no call backs. So heartbroken over this deal that cost me $50,000. This dealership lies and does not care after they finalize the deal!! Shame on you Piemonte family!!!!!!!

    They don't even deserve half a star. All the way from the sales guy to the service guy each and everyone of them have an attitude problem. First... they sold me a car at a different price then we agreed on which I have in writing, then they promised to fix an issue on this brand new car and still 7 weeks later NO RESOLUTION! However, Tom Jahn was kind of enough to be extremely rude to my husband swearing at him that is trying to help him and if he doesn't like it to get the F*** out!!! Julio is no better with his attitude. I have called customer relations and corporate and still NOTHING! Glad I spent over $50,000 on a brand new defected car !

    Will be brining my car to another ford dealership when need service service dept wasn’t very friendly when I called in to explain what was wrong... with my car felt like I was bothering service and on top of that I had a tail light out didn’t fix that.. then I get a email and call on getting my car appraised when I called in that I was interested no one called me back with appraisal ????? When I pull up to pick up my truck you have all the sales people sitting in front of store outside on there chairs didn’t have time to appraise my car or even a phone call back so I guess your dealership is not interested in selling cars because you guys let me leave without anyone giving me my Appraisal.... All good there’s a million dealerships out there and by the way I’ve been a customer for over 25 years of Al Piemonte have bought 7 cars from your dealership and have 2 cars right now that are financed which is 80,000 I have a 2016 Edge and 2016Focus bought brand new within a few months apart was looking to trade my focus but no one ever got back to me on my appraisal that you guys called me on??? Wth
