I called and lady with a thick accent answered the phone and spoke quickly, was not professional or pleasant. When I asked her to repeat what she said or be more clear, she said "I am NOT repeating myself" .I live out of state from Massachusetts where the car was. They wanted me to drive down to purchase/test drive the car and then leave with out the car , drive back to my state ,get my car registered ( plates) and drive back to the dealership to get my car...so take 16hrs of driving ,2 days off to get this car. I went to my local town office and they said that all I needed was a 7 day transitional plate, put insurance on the car and bring that down (one time).I purchase the car, put the plate and drive home and I verified that out of staters have done this before. I called Automax and said no , I can not do this. I wiling to pay a delivery fee. They don't delivery cars. I told them they lost a customer. I soon found a newer car with less miles and they are delivering the car to me, they are in constant contact with me , they are professional, considerate and they explains clearly and will repeat any answer over if I don't understand. I woul not recommend Automax .
