I recommend working only with Cristiano Zopelari! Great sales guy that goes above and beyond to work with the client. I had an issue with the info on my registration, the financial guy took my info pretending it was to fix it and did nothing. Honestly if it wasn't for Cristiano this was going to be the worst experience buying a car.

Had a great experience, with Automax. Found the a truck I was looking for on Cargurus and set up a time to come check it out. I’ve been on the hunt for a Ram 1500 for a while and most of what I have been finding were 2016-2017 in my price range, they had a 2018 sport and it turns out it still had ¾ of the factory warranty on it which sweetened the deal even more. Met with Chris Trombley to check it out, the process went very smooth. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and he was helpful to answer any questions I had. Purchased the vehicle and had them throw on new tires and a bed liner and it was all done within a few days! I ended up financing with one of their affiliated banks because BOA doesn't work with independent dealers, they were very close to my rate and I needed gap insurance so it worked out. Easily my best car buying experience, great pricing, low pressure, knowledgeable and friendly! What else can you ask for?
