Great first car purchase - at age 29!

My husband had never owned a car before and we'd been sharing my leased cars for 7 years. Chris at AutoMax helped us SO much through the purchase process. We're very happy with our low mileage 2011 Mazda.

BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!

James Murphy experience at Automax

Paul DiCarlo and Darren Brennen sold me a 2007 Mini Cooper. Paul was precise and friendly with information about the car. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Paul !!!!! He and Darren got me a great loan rate that made the deal an awesome experience !!! Automax has a great selection of quality cars.

Great Car Buying Experience

This is was the first time I ever purchased a car through a dealer and AutoMax was the perfect place to go. I found exactly what I wanted for a lower price than anywhere else and Chris was very friendly and made the whole process so easy. It took about a week for me to get my bank loan squared away and during the whole week Chris stayed in communication with me. I'm sure when it's time for another car I will be going back to AutoMax to purchase another car from Chris!

best car buying experience

I liked that my husband and I could see the inventory and prices and the car fax online before we went to the dealership. We found a car we wanted and went to see if it was still available. We met Chris Trombley when we arrived and he couldn't be nicer. NO PRESSURE. He was genuinely nice. I wasn't sure If I was going to finance with them but they work with credit unions, which I prefer and got the rate I was looking for. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. I have told everyone and will continue to tell everyone that if you are looking for a used car and a great experience buying one go see Chris Trombley at Automax in Marlborough and you will not be disappointed. We bought a 2012 Honda Accord and love it.

Repeat customer

I just bought my second car from these guys and I'll be coming back when I need another one. They've got great people and great prices, not to mention a no pressure atmosphere which is a breath of fresh air. I worked with Chris and he was excellent. Highly recommended!!!

Needed New Car ASAP

I bought my first car from Chris Trombley a little over 4 years ago. It was a royal blue 2008 Altima Coupe, and I absolutely loved it. Due to some financial issues recently, I needed a new car ASAP, and I knew right where to turn. I got back in touch with Chris, and with the diligent help of his financial team, they helped me purchase a new (practically) black 2013 Altima, and I could not be happier. Chris and his team got me a loan that is more affordable than the last, with a lower interest rate, and even had LoJack installed for me. I highly recommend Chris Trombley and the rest of the team at AutoMax in Marlborough, MA!

This isn't the way to treat customers.

My experience in buying a Chrysler 300 from AutoMax was fine. It was dealing with Steve in financing that I had problems. At the end of a long day looking and then buying my car I ended up sitting at the desk of Steve. The price was all set. Steve handed me a contract that had "gap" insurance and power\train insurance both to the tune of $2800.00 in which I never asked for. On top of that They had a cost of $500 just for doing business with them. After looking it over I decided to look into both options and make my decision later. Next month I filled out and signed cancellation forms. One month later I faxed over more forms Steve said were missing. That was in December. I just called both Insurance companies and they said they still haven't received cancellation yet( March 17). The "Gap" company told me it shouldn't take more then 3 days to cancel. If your going to do business with these people learn this up front. As for me I'll let you know how I make out. I hope it doesn't come to lawyers. Peter Linstrom

Great Experience!

Overall I had a great experience at Automax. Everyone who helped me was very friendly. The car I bought was very reasonably priced and in great condition. It was my first time buying a car so I was pretty nervous but everyone at Automax made me feel comfortable to make the purchase.
