I called at 7:58 a.m., Chris answered to my surprise. I said I'd be down shortly to take out a vehicle to test drive, and upon arrival, it was all ready for me to go. I proposed a price to purchase and a price for my trade in and they worked with me to make the deal happen. I got below KBB on my purchase and they exceeded expectations on my trade in. All in all, terrific experience. No hesitation recommending to them!

I didn't know a car buying experience could be so pleasant. Both Chris and Stuart were patient, listened to what mattered, and were never remotely pushy. We did our homework - the prices are reasonable right out of the gate. Their philosophy is obviously that fair prices and good service will make them profitable in volume, repeat business, and referrals. I for one will be on that list.

Overall had a good experience with AutoMax in Marlborough, MA. Their cars are priced well for a no-haggle dealership. Stu responded to our questions very quickly. I would recommend them to friends in the area looking for a car.

As a first-time buyer, Automax Preowned of Marlborough made it a great experience. From the start they were nothing but helpful and were not pushy much like other dealerships I had previously visited. The staff was great and extremely personable, most notably Paul and Stu whom I dealt with the most. I did not see one car on the lot that didn't look like it was in mint condition. I was extremely grateful in the fact that they went out of their way to save me money. Their rates on car loans were virtually unbeatable compared to competitors I had visited. Not only would I recommend them to anyone hoping to purchase a new vehicle but they will be the first stop I make the next time I am looking to purchase.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last two months, a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and a 2010 Dodge Avenger R/T. Both times I was there I dealt with Chris, who had knowledge of every car on the lot, but was not pushy like other salesman I have dealt with, which was a nice change. I also dealt with Stuart, the financial manager there, who was very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching to purchase a new car, and does not enjoy being jerked around by your "typical" salesperson.

Chris was very helpful when buying a car. I went in on a Sunday and he was very accomodating to my needs. The thing I liked the best was that he did not pressure me.

I bought a used car at Automax and had some trouble w/financing, but Stu and Don went the extra mile for me and put me in the car of my choice. I would recommend this dealership to any friend or family and will definately return some day.
