Salesman didn't return call was given misinformation and

Salesman didn't return call was given misinformation and they raised the price in the middle of negotiating a deal on the car it's 500 dollars but it's the principle probably won't buy the car despite it being just what I wanted to shady for my taste

My sons first purchase of a car and they sneak in a 5 k

My sons first purchase of a car and they sneak in a 5 k service plan without saying that is what they are doing. I can’t even believe this is legal. “Believe in Nice” believe we will take advantage of you, would have been more on point

Contacted service dept.

Contacted service dept. via live chat. Asked for a quote for starter and timing chain on my 2016 Honda Accord. I was told the service dept. would email me with a quote. Bottom line, no response, I moved on to another shop to get the work done.

Such a wonderful experience in this dealership.

Such a wonderful experience in this dealership. From the moment I got there, all my questions were answered and all my needs were fulfilled. Never did I feel pushed to make a decision I would regret. Everything was handled with respect and communication. Thank you again Scott and Manuel! I felt extremely comfortable with the fact that Manuel spoke Spanish and I was able to understand everything in detail, since finance can get tricky. They were both so patient with all the worries I expressed, several times. Together they were able to leave me with a smile on my face, great team.
