Very manipulative and dishonest.
I paid full price for a new vehicle and was sold a vehicle that did not work. I had to fight with the dealer for two months to finally get a working vehicle, which is what I'd already paid for in the begining. When they finally got a working vehicle ready for me, they tried to charge me more money for it. I was mislead many times by several employees (Milton was the worst. Billy was second worst. Watch out for those guys in the corner office.). I'll never spend another dollar at Dick Hannah. I am so disgusted with how poorly they treat customers. The staff is SUPER friendly before you spend any money. Once I dropped off the check, the best they could do for me is shrug and tell me they how sorry they were. I didn't need apologies. I needed a vehicle. That's why I paid for one. They try to get you to come into the dealership, then they try to wear you down over the hours. They make A LOT of promises, then change the plan at the last minute to benefit themselves.
Smooth, fast, and delivered top notch experience.
As with most, you go into a dealership, expecting a grind it out battle, to get the car of your dreams. The dear folks at Dick Hannah, specifically Nick Faust, and the very knowledgeable Benjamin (Ben) Holland. Proved to be class acts from the very beginning of the process, thru the delivery of our new Honda CR-V. The details, were simple, to the point, and where all laid out on the table, no funny business. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly advise you go see Ben Holland for a new vehicle. He has a great persona about him, and will make the experience a memorable one. You will not regret it.

Honda cr v
Bought my car in January, less than 35 days, had to bring it in due to a rattle noise in engine. I told service I just bought it from you and after inspection they came back to tell me I would need to pay for a serpentine belt and actuator...total cost would be $1k. Talk to service director, told him this was not acceptable and I will bring my car back! They called me less than 5 minutes and told me they will make it right and repair at no cost.

Really pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle
We had a really pleasant experience and would come back to get another car again. Alec T. Was our salesperson. He was very nice and not at all pushy. I like the fact that it was a laid back experience and not what you usually think of being rushed and pushed through. Quite the opposite. He was very helpful and went out of his way to answer all our questions. He was so polite and was very knowledgeable on exactly which vehicles would be good for our daughter. In addition we got a lower interest rate than our credit union could offer us. That was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this dealership and Alec for purchasing your next vehicle!

This review is about the thoughtful care I received from Ricky while in the early stages of my research for a new car to Iease. All our exchanges were over text and email, which was most convenient for me. In all of these engagements, Ricky distinguished himself with hustle and integrity, displaying an earnest interest in making sure my car needs were met ? regardless of where I ultimately leased my car. Ultimately, I went with a different make and model than the Honda that Ricky was helping me to understand. But if I ever were to buy/lease a Honda, I'd reach out to him first. For what it's worth, this is the kind of general customer-first experience I've had at all three Dick Hannah dealers (Subaru, Kia, Honda) that I visited (in-person or virtually) while researching new cars.

I wanted Sirius XM on my vehicle. Sales said the vehicle had Sirius XM. Purchased truck. The truck did not have Sirius XM; been back to Dick Hanna Honda four times which I wasted my time in doing so. It sucks in dealing with them. I will not buy another vehicle from them; nor will they service my truck in the future.

Bait and switch tactic
Was told to bring in offer from competitor that they would equal or beat which I did. Drove about 25 miles to find out they couldn't fulfill their offer because the vehicle that I wanted was not the same color as the competitor's vehicle. In reality, they couldn't match the price offer and in my opinion, they misled me. I have their emails to prove.
