My family and I came in late on a Saturday evening (literally one hour before closing) with the hopes of buying an XC90 we saw on the website. Immediately,... when making the call to be sure it was okay to come into the dealership so late, we were greeted with a fun, lighthearted, but professional salesman (Bini) who gave us a great first impression. We arrived half an hour later with three kids under the age of 9 in tow and found a hospitable, child-friendly, clean, and professional organization. Jim soon joined our little team that was working to get this white XC90 secured. We laughed and smiled throughout the entire process, and found the transparency and empathy leap years different and refreshing from other times we've bought new vehicles. Although we were at the office until ten pm (yes, 10 pm), we never felt rushed or as if we were a burden. Even if we hadn't gotten a wonderful deal on our new car, I may have bought it anyway because the service was stellar. If you are vacillating on if you should and where you should buy your next vehicle, stop here and just head in. I promise you won't be disappointed!
I have used Sandberg Volvo since 2008 when I moved to the Seattle area. I have always felt that I was treated well and professionally, and it continues... to this day. Working in service myself, to big ships engines in which you crawl inside the crankcase, for the last 36 years, I know what it takes to keep a customer informed about what is going on, and how you, as the service person, see what you see and why/how you then recommend on what needs to be done about the challenges faced. It is the same way of dealing with customers and things, that I experience every time I have my cars serviced at Sandberg Volvo.
This is my third purchasing experience with Sandberg and it keeps getting better every time. The sales staff is respectful, knowledgeable, and personable.... Isaac is without question, the best automobile salesperson with whom it has been my pleasure to work. The extended team of Victor, Tim, and Benjamin were also extremely helpful. Both transactions of purchasing and selling my new and old vehicles, respectively, could not have been made more easy. Truly hassle free shopping. The newly remodeled showroom was also most impressive.

Do not take your vehicle here they will rip you off and damage your vehicle more so you can come back and rip you a new one again.i went in to have my... ets fixes and now my coolant is leaking out
I cannot recommend against doing business with this dealer strongly enough. It took weeks for me to get them to perform repairs on a major safety issue... with a car I purchased from them, and when they finally did, the work was of such poor quality that I've been debating off and on whether to get it re-done.
Everyone at this dealership was horrible to deal with. It would take too long to explain but I spoke to the owner, the GM, two sales managers, and one... sales person and no one would follow up with me. I was so so so fed up with them that I ended up talking to upper management at the Volvo Care Team. I would travel out of state to buy before dealing with them. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Worst sales manager ever! I'd give ZERO start if I can. I called Bill Tapscott (the sales manager) on 5/29 for a test drive on 5/31, he said he will... email me to confirm my appt...OK...No email was sent. So next day I called him again, then told him I'd like to set the appt 5/31 4pm, I even asked him which sales should I look for. He just told me to show up and "someone" will help me out. We were there on time, Bill initially helped to let us for test drive, then said "someone" will help us after that. After the long waiting, we realized all sales are busying with someone else, and the salesman don't even have time to show us the color we are interested in. Bill even came to tell us to leave if we can't even decide which color we want! (It's my wife's 40s birthday! she can definitely take her time to choose the color she is interested!) So what's the point of making appointment if you can even assign a salesman to us? You could have told us to come in a different day! We were out at 5:20, wasted 1 hour and 20 mins for nothing. Rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Very disappointment, I will never come back or recommend you guys to anyone I know!
I found a car I was looking for here.. From first contact till final paperwork, I was treated with respect. They went above and beyond to see that I got... the car I wanted, with no switch and bait! What really blew my mind was they brought the car to me as my trade-in broke down at a gas station. They picked me up in new car and had someone stay with my trade-in till tow truck showed up!! Hands down the the best stress free purchase to !! I highly recommend this dealership. All staff is excellent and focused on the best service possible!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Mr. Isaac in sales horrible in customer service. Didn't want to assist me. No communication with manager. Never ever will I come here. I will spread the... word as well.
My daughter and I came here to look at used Jetta and was the first place on our list of about 10 cars/dealerships of our day. Unfortunately when we arrived... that Saturday morning; the Jetta had sold the night before. I had email correspondence with Kathy Anderson at Sandberg regarding coming to test drive, and she immediately introduced us to Noah Hodgson who was so passionate and professional about his job and helping us! We test drove a used Subaru that was in our price range-but my daughter wasn't in love with it. We decided to go get lunch and regroup and go over our game plan for the other cars and dealerships we had planned; when Kathy emailed me that they had found the perfect car and in our price range that had just been brought in and was getting serviced to be put into inventory. So we finished up our lunch and headed back to the dealership. As we arrived, Noah was out front and practically doing jumping jacks, he was so excited to show us this bright red Audi wagon!! I was surprised that my daughter was okay with the color because I thought it was perhaps a bit too bold for her taste- but she was all about it! We drove it and that sealed the deal! It had extremely low miles for the year, the interior was in immaculate condition, and bonus it was the sport model of the A3 wagon. After doing all the usual credit check and financial steps.. we were out the door in just under 2 hours which was the quickest and smoothest car buying I have ever experienced and I've purchased quite a few cars in my life! An extended two year warranty was added into the final amount which is great for peace of mind when buying a used car, and something you wouldn't get if buying from a private owner or less reputable dealership. So from start to finish- this was hands down the best car buying experience! The owner came and introduced himself and congratulated us on the car, which to me shows how important customer service is to Sandberg Volvo! And you can truly feel that sense of family and care being there, which is rare these days! The car still needed to finish up being serviced, so weren't able to drive it home that same day but when we came back on Monday to pick it up; Noah and Kathy had a bouquet of bright red carnations for my daughter to match her new car!! Now that is 5-star customer service and attention If you are looking for a quality used car or a brand new Volvo... get yourself ASAP to Lynwood and to Sandberg Volvo!!
