Greg Jones, my service manager, always does a fantastic job! It's always a pleasure to work with him.

Our sales person Rahoul was distracted on his phone most of the time. Did not seem very interested in helping us. Other than that he was very nice, but he seemed to have left before we did, handing the rest of the purchase process off to others. Maybe it was because we were buying a basic car, but it wasn’t the service we’re used to.

Cameron as usual was the consummate professional. He assisted me with obtaining a rental car from Hertz. He explained exactly what was going on with my car and when I would get it back. I’m very happy with service at Bmw. Five stars.

We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our 2026 Z4 from Jonatan Escobar. The whole team at BMW of Sarasota was fantastic. We drove 4 hours each way to get our BMW from them. We have purchased 13 BMWs over the years and this was the very best experience ever. They have a good inventory of BMWs and will help you find your perfect BMW if they don’t have it in stock.

I had AC problem and was lucky enough it was under warranty. Nick my service advisor got it fixed in a timely matter and am happy I have cool air again. Great service!

Coming from an Audi mechanic for 14 years, the technician Nick was very professional and courteous to my requests about the repair. Maria lizardi was very helpful and there was clear line of communication.
