I came in for an oil change with an appointment. When I arrived they could not find my appointment. The wait was very long I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. Even with this long of a wait, my oil change light was not reset. Not a great experience honestly.

The service was very quick and the communications were very good. Actual cost less than estimate.

Carlos Munoz always helpful and accommodates world class service. He’s very helpful, professional, knowledgeable when it comes to explaining issues with the repair of my BMW. He communicates well with service tech. Carlos is always available when I have a question or concern. If I can’t reach him, he always returns my call or text in a timely manner. Thank you, Carlos
