Excellent service.
I have had bad experiences at other dealerships, so I was skeptical prior to buying my new SUV. I also tend to be very picky and customer service means a great deal to me. My fiancé and I had a great experience at Coughlin Chevrolet in Chillicothe. We highly recommend Joey, he was excellent and we never felt pressured or that we had to make decisions immediately. He was very patient, kind, and personable. Matt McNerlin, finance manager, also helped get us a great monthly payment. Overall, wonderful experience and friendly staff all around.

2016 Chevy Duramax 2500 HD serviced
I brought my vehicle in clean and spotless. When I picked it up, my vehicle was a complete mess, there was even a grease elbow spot on my leather. My new $1200 rims had scratches on them. I informed the service manager, who came off as nice, about my issues, and he denied any fault and said the reason my truck was dirty was because of the rain. He denied that they could of caused the scratches, even though they took of my wheels, replaced an axle, and aligned my truck. I never let my truck get dirty, and know every detail and any flaws, because I clean every inch of it, every week, and I know that this dealership, had my truck the dirtiest it has ever been, and they damaged my rims. I asked the service manager if he let all the vehicles they worked on leave the lot this dirty and his response was, "I don't have a million dollar facility that has a built in car was" and "Don't take this out on me, because you are upset with GM." I called GM and informed them,and still not had any response or resolution. I am very disappointed in GM, I mean, I bought a $70,000 Duramax 2500HD LTZ, you would think they would want to keep me as a customer.

Was a easy car buying experience. Would have been better if the salesman listened better and wasn't as pushy, but was better than most. Definitely could sell books to the blind.

Joey Davia is an Excellent Salesman
went to Coughlin to look at a Chevrolet Equinox and Joey Davis greeted us with a big smile and hand shake and worked with me for awhile and answered all my questions and I personally Recommend him Highly! Coughlin Auto, Chillicothe Great place to buy car
No complaints at all. I called David Grabb with a list of the cars I was interested in and set a time to meet. Two of the three cars were ready and waiting when I arrived. The other was being driven by the manager, I was told, and not available. I test drove the cars and decided I wanted to purchase the Buick. We started the process, which did take to long, but I understand it is a process. We set a time the following day for me to pick up the car. David had it cleaned and gas in the tank. He reviewed all the operations of the car with me before I left. It was a good experience. And I have recommended David to friends that are interested in a car.

We are so happy with our new vehicle. I got exactly what i wanted and then some. I want to thank our salesman Joey Davis he made it so easy for us, I picked my car out over the internet and he very patiently worked with me. It was as easy as ordering a pizza and they even delivered my car to my door, the same day. I highly recommend Coughlins to everyone but you need to ask for Joey Davis, you will like him. The driver that delivered my car was also good at his job, very informative and had everything we needed. Great Job!!! You all make a good team....Thanks to all that was involved.
