By far the worse salesman I have ever dealt with.
By far the worse salesman I have ever dealt with. I don't normally write reviews but this should help people go to a dealership that treats you better. I still don't have my second key after a month. I can't figure out if they handed the buffer to a 16 year old or a chimpanzee. The whole truck is trailed and multiple burns. I would suggest finding a different dealership

The Lady that wrote the above response sent my key yesterday. I appreciate that after 4 months. Buffing--' I was told up front that all the scratches in the bed might come out. I Understood that. But why would you buff the rest of the truck? If you wouldnt have had my money , you would have kept the truck. Once again. Worse car deal in my life
Got my ideal car from John Jones in Salem
Went in twice for a test drive. The car model was the only one on the lot. They offered to hold it for me until the next day for a small fee. Fee was retrievable on the 2nd day. My salesman was Rodney. He was quick to offer to help. Was pleasant to work with. They dealt with me quickly because I had a prior appointment later that evening. Very happy with the service and my car!!

Purchased 2017 Tahoe
We purchased a 2017 Tahoe with Adrienne on April 21, 2023. This young lady made the experience extremely helpful. She presented an honest, no nonsense and simple approach to the whole process. They gave us a great price on the vehicle and $2,000.00 more for our trade-in than any other dealer offered us. They even added a $1,200.00 allowance for tires that needed replaced. HORRIBLE
Highly disappointed in the lack of service we received with the purchase of our 2017 Ford Explorer. We bought this vehicle 2 days before leaving on vacation. Once we got it home, we realized we hadn't asked about the oil life history and since we were driving over 1600 miles on spring break we better ask. They couldn't find any information on where a service had happened on the vehicle. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST RED FLAG. They assured us they would get it changed for us as soon as we returned. GOOD DEAL. Until we started out on a rainy Friday morning at 3 AM headed south. The back end seemed to be a little loose but not horrible until we got on the interstate and was sliding all over the place on the wet roads, not puddles, just wet roads. Luckily the rain didn't last one and we were smooth sailing once we hit dry land. After our cruise on the return trip, we once again hit rain and lots of us. This put us traveling at 45 miles an hour on the interstate. We had to stop and purchase new tires. We were told the tread was a 1 on the drivers side and a 2 in the passenger side. We had to. replace both back tires because they were unsafe to drive on. Once again a confirmation that the car had not been serviced prior to us purchasing the vehicle. Once we contacted John Jones and we were told "There is nothing we can do." RIDICULOUS.

Great Experience
This is the second purchase I’ve made with John Jones in the last year. Xavier once again provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our vehicle. I will continue to make the three hour drive to purchase my future vehicles from John Jones. Fantastic, no nonsense dealership who make the buying process a breeze.
