We bought our car from JJAG and had a pleasant experience. Matt Cox was very patient and easy to work with. He was committed to ensuring that all of our questions were answered and had followup communication to see how we were liking the car. His laid back personality and willingness to work with us left us comfortable knowing that we were not pressured into buying the car.

All Customer Are not Equal

The salesman basically told us he didn’t care to make us a deal because we were paying cash. He said cash means nothing to them because people are less likely to add on service plans/warranties when they pay cash which makes the dealership profit less.

I would give the company the highest recommendation for

I would give the company the highest recommendation for the purchasing process and their integrity in honoring the purchase agreement. I had noted a few issues during the test drive of the vehicle I purchased which they had just received themselves into inventory. Since the vehicle had not received their standard full inspection since it was so new to their lot, they agreed to cover the costs of whatever was needed to resolve the issue. I think we both felt this would be relatively minor; however, the actual repairs were a bit more than expected. As a testament to their integrity, they fully honored their word on making sure it was fixed properly even though it was more costly than expected. I know there is always apprehension buying a used vehicle; however, I would not hesitate to buy from John Jones Automotive again since I know their word is their bond to do what is right for the customer. It was refreshing to find that integrity still matters to John Jones Automotive and I would highly recommend the Greenville dealership when in need of a quality vehicle you can purchase with confidence.

Makes car buying a breeze

I have bought several vehicles from Jaelin at John Jones over the years and I have always had a good experience. I have also referred several friends and family to John Jones over the years and they have all had a good car buying experience.

AVOID JOHN JONES AND AVOID THE HEADACHES

We purchased a vehicle from the Greenville location on Dec. 23rd 2021. As of today Feb. 13th our title has not been processed with the state so we can transfer our plates. This is to be done, by state law, within 45 days from purchase. This is a responsible of the dealership. I have brought this to the attention of the dealership 3 times now and each time the blame has been placed on the title processing company THEY hire to do this. I was told they were closed two days due to weather here lately. Today we are at 52 days and all I'm being told is they will get to it when they get to it. They say they will pay the late fee but will I be compensated for loss of use of my vehicle due to the fact my plates from my trade in is not valid on my vehicle now. I would avoid all John Jones facilities since the chances are all paperwork is processed at the same office
