We recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango Crew with the help of Michael Sorensen. This sales representative was the best ever. From the minute we contacted him to the minute we drove off with the 2013 Dodge Durango Crew we were completely satisfied. At no time did he prepressured us into committing into anything, which for us its a +++++++. I hate going to a dealer where the sales representative all he cares about is closing the deal. I was so happy that I decided to go this HB Jeep dealer, I had been talking to the dealer on the phone and online, but was very skeptical about purchasing and getting financed. I was assured on the phone by Gary Jones that I had been approved. So when I finally decided to take a chance and go to the dealer, with fingers crossed. I had looked online at the Patriots and found one I really liked. I was greeted by Gary, but introduced to Brodie. What a blessing. Brodie sat down with me, started from the beginning, still being skeptical I listened and told him what I had found online as far as a Jeep. The one I saw was available! Yay!! We took the Jeep Patriot for a spin, and I fell in love! Brodie started the process being very thorough, patient, nice, and put together the information needed to submit my application for approval. I was very nervous, scared. My daughter and family were with me, a 6 year and 18 mos. Old, Brodie handled it with ease, thanks to treats and smiles. It has been awhile since I purchased a new car, but I remember it being a long drawn out process only to be disappointed in one way or another. I can tell you that Brodie made every step easy, painless and even fun! Yes fun! He was fast, efficient, knowledgable and best of all I was approved and out the door in very little time. In the real world the is real time then car dealer time!!! Well Brodie was on really make my customer happy time! After working out the details, explaining everything along the way, I went to financing, still not believing I had purchased this Jeep let alone this fast. Financing was a breeze, and very detailed, quick and personable. After financing Brodie took me through the car, showing me the details, programming my phone explaining the workings of my now new car...The purchase was quick, painless, even fun..I would recommend This dealer for your next purchase, and especially Brodie, he will give you his time, attention and be honest, up front, and no games. I did not have credit and thought no way, I can't have this new car! Well I'm driving my brand new Jeep, And loving it. I have a great new car and felt like I made friends at the dealer, I will continue to purchase my cars from them as well as my family. I will be sending anyone looking for a new car your way! I bought a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country from George Diaz, and got excellent service during the deal. But, the reason I'm writing this is because I had a little trouble with the electronics and when I called George, he told me to bring it back and they'd fix it. That was the shock. After-service is usually something you have to pay for. After all, they already have your money and you've driven off the lot. Not so with George and HB Chrysler. Now, they didn't have the part in stock, so I have to go back, but I'm confident everything will work out.

Dan was very helpful and informative upon entering the dealership. I was immediatly greeted by him. I would reccomend this dealership. It was a great experience.

My gf and I went into buy a used car and encountered Erik Jacquez and Richard Ambrose. They were immediately very welcoming and kind. We ran into an issue with the 2012 Hyundai Sonata we purchased (vehicle tracking) which was covered by the original manufacturer warranty. We brought it into the Tustin Hyundai dealership to have the issue resolved but after two failed attempts we decided to contact HB Jeep to try to trade in the vehicle for something else. Pete Shaver (GM at HB Jeep) was extremely helpful and willing to work with us. We were able to trade the Hyundai Sonata in for a 2012 Mazda 6. Todd Hacias, Sales Manger, was very kind and helpful as well. I'd recommend this dealership for friendly service, good priced vehicles, and all the free water bottles you can drink!

I bought a Dodge many years ago, and when the dealership closed I started using the Huntington Beach Dodge for maintenance as I love their service but NOT their construction lol but it's looking nice now ;) .... I was recently in the market and a gentleman by the name of Levi Pulizzi assisted my family and I, we didn't even think in a million years we could qualify for anything supper new, but Levi and his AMAING team were not only able to get us in a 2014 Jeep Patriot (I know I miss my Dodge too) but this car is supper good on gas compared to my Dodge and it's perfect for my family at this time.. There service was incredible, non-judgmental as I was in my pj's lol and they hooked us up with amazing warrantee.. the cost is just about what I was paying before, I wish it was lower however they worked with us and made this whole process painless. Thank you Levi Pulizzi and ALL your team for their amazing service and making us feel welcomed and part of Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Family :)
