My salesman has yet to contact me and thank me for my purchase!!! I have not received any email or calls from the GM or anyone from this Dealership! Not too happy that all they seem to care about was not the customer!! I’ve had to be truck for over 2 weeks! So there you have it!

My wife and I arrived at the Logan store and was greeted by Rick Cloud. He asked us some us a few questions and reviewed with us some options. We made a decision and left the store with a car on order. Once we arrived home we actually realized that, in our enthusiasm, we ordered the wrong car. We texted Rick are dilemma and the the team at Logan Murdock went to work. One hour later Rick returned our text. The sales manager had actually ordered exactly what we wanted and was willing to delay his purchase and offered the car to us. We started our purchase on Saturday 5th of November. Murdock had our car delivered Tuesday 8th of November. Rick laid out the red carpet, made us feel welcome and the whole team delivered. We could not be happier with the service we received purchasing our car and also appreciate the follow up and continued service to date.

I had a great experience with Kyle and everyone else at Murdock Hyundai of Logan! We’ve never had such a quick and easy car purchase. The paperwork was so fast, and the customer service was excellent! He has also been great to check in and make sure everything’s great with the new car and answer any questions I have. This is the first Hyundai I’ve ever driven, and I LOVE it. A friend recently told me it has more features than his Porsche, and a friend of his is trading in his Mercedes for a Palisade.

We had a very good experience. Tristan helped us through several difficult / unusual arrangements. They were responsive to questions after the sale as well.
