Great Service

Very helpful kind and hard working. Financing wash smooth. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The overall experience was positive. I bought a beautiful car.

Car lot needs reveiwing they doing some janky stu

I completely wasted my time. I was approved for a Kia Forte paid a down payment, did paperwork stated I was finance through a company and where to make the payment. Almost 2 months went by only to find out they never had the car finance with anyone and then they call saying you need to bring the car back. I have all the paperwork for the car stating it was financed. So I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. They are very unprofessional I an very disappointed and angry. Now I have to look for another car whenever I get my money back.

Not taking responsibility for what they did

I had to take my Kia Sorento to this place because of a locked engine due to a manufacturer's defect. When I took it in, the air conditioning worked fine. After I picked it up, the air conditioning no longer worked. Scheduled an appointment, then on my way I blew a tire. I then headed toward to the Kia Store Preston to get the aforementioned repair and also a new tire. They told me that it was nothing they did they cause my air conditioning not to work. They then wanted to charge me $180 just to diagnose the problem, not to mention what it would cost to fix it. On top of that insult, they also wanted to charge me $320 for a new tire. Needless to say I am having the car towed Elsewhere for repairs. I would totally not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like to waste their money.

Lies, unprofessionalism,

Have a 2015 optima hybrid...... Towed to this dealership after the car completely shut down on me while driving. Had no breaks power steering or anything and luckily I didn't get into an accident. They lost my car for the first week and a half that it was there. Then for 4 months I was told they had ordered parts and waiting on them to come in. After 4 months I am told that there's a piece missing off in the car (but will not tell me what), and now they refuse to do the warranty work they told me they were doing for months. I finally found someone that would represent me ...... We will see what happens now.

Service

Bought tire warranty, 7 days tire still not on car. Nobody can give an answer. Current phone call 23 minutes waiting for a manager or an answer. Over 10 calls they say they will check and call you back, never do.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I wouldn’t give this dealership ANY STARS. My husband bought a used Kia from them last year, within 2 WEEKS the motor went out and needed to be replaced. The replacement process took 3 MONTHS and within this 3 MONTHS it took about a month to get a loaner car from them. After getting the loaner vehicle he was told he had to turn it in AFTER 2 WEEKS because they had such a long loaner list. He then went the remaining month and a half with NO VEHICLE. Now here we are a year and 27,000 miles later being told from this horrible dealership that the motor needs to be worked on again. Here we are waiting for another 3 month long process. Here we are being told we can’t have a loaner because they have 16 other customers in front of us waiting for loaners some which have been waiting for months. My advice to you, buy your Kia here BUT DO NOT COME BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. Find another Kia dealership and deal with them, because this one…….. HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why keep accepting peoples cars to work on them if you don’t have the means to assist them during their time without a car?!! People could be losing their jobs and this dealership just shrugs their shoulders. I wouldn’t give this dealership ANY STARS. Fixed all of my issues. Went out of their way to make it right. I was very upset but they made it right and I appreciate their hard work.

They dont stand behind their word

Sold me a 2016 Kia Rio that pushes mold and mildew from the vents. Left messages weeks ago. No one has returned my call. Deleted my poor Google review. SHADY SHADY SHADY

Two-time buyer and referred 3 othersk

I am a two-time buyer at this location and have referred my mom, son and a few co-workers that have purchased from this location. My salesman was St. Louiss. He was great and did not push or pressure me at all. I traded my 2016 Soul in for a 2020 last year and was in last week for servicing. Everyone is always very attentive and helpful. The waiting area is always clean with complimentary drinks. They had adequate seating and comply with masks and social distancing. My car was ready in no time and I was out the door. Thank you Kia Preston.

Horrible place for repairs don't go

Horrible place to get your car repaired they don't let u know that your car won't get looked at for 2 weeks horrible customer service when you call to check up on the status of your car they hang up on you send you to voice mail say someone will call you back they never do it's been 2 weeks I'm still waiting to get my car back I brought my car in for a front end alignment I will never ever go there again lesson learned
