So far this dealership has excellent service and...

So far this dealership has excellent service and excellent mechanics.. they have assisted me well in the buyback procedure with my new grand Cherokee Limited 2021.. when my new jeep arrives from Chrysler I know that your service department will also give me excellent service and keep the car in tuned at all times. Special thank you to Matt Bell your service writer is a excellent customer service rep. And Andrew Paul the mechanic kept working on the car to find a problem and did make it happen in the shop. But it was not repairable per Chrysler‘s request. But he tried extremely hard to do what he can to make the car comfortable for me to drive well the new cars being built. I hope it comes soon because I barely drive this one only if I have to go someplace in a short distance.. I know they’re very busy but they always have time to help me. Thank you very much for an excellent staff from the secretary at the desk to the service writers and especially the super mechanic I Andrew.Pail

The dealership employs people who are friendly, that have good product knowledge and they follow through with they’re promises. They stay in touch and they complete their services in a timely manner. I purchased my Ram 1500 from them and I service it with them.

Was in the market for a new jeep and found Glendale had...

Was in the market for a new jeep and found Glendale had what I was looking for. I was contacted by salesman Chris who was very polite and professional. I already knew what I was dealing with and what I wanted on my end as its simple math to make deals work. Chris explained his dealer does NOT mark up cars at all everything is very transparent. Now comes the kicker. During my "simple math" is informed Chris if I finance ill put all equity from trade if lease ill put minimum which was about 5k. He came out and said "good news zero down" on a lease 616 at 48 months. Ok not bad. Then the papers started rolling in came back said well its going to be 678 but were going to call bank to adjust tier. Didn't work understand it happens im pretty reasonable. The he slips me another used folded up paper that was not on the car window said price was 60k not 57k 2500 mark up, Humm.... Then signing with Mr Ellis. I asked all these questions and the 1 thing that stuck and echoed Chris his uncle (owner) in assume demands no dealer marked up. But this week since cars were selling fast now he marks up! One would think selling out would be a good thing not making 2500 off our backs. So I text Chris and inform him I recorded the entire process I do not mind the extra 5k down it happens however I want what he promised no mark up. Yu_p review time. Then a guy Jackson replied said they want customers happy so bring car back. Not we messed up we will inform Chris and remove the 2500 just being it back. The my phone started blowing up with calls from 4 numbers. Rolled them cause now I was heated and didnt want to argue. 3 voice mails not 1 expressing they messed up. Not sure how a dealer would be stokes off making 2500 on customers but it did show Chris words were false and the dealer does not strive to correct or be truthful. We will see if they correct the mistake.
