We went on a Saturday and they were busier than I was

We went on a Saturday and they were busier than I was expecting but Ryan did an awesome job still making sure we were able to see and test drive all the cars we wanted. Didn't feel rushed or intimidated at all. Will definitely be coming back for a second car in the future making sure to ask for Ryan.

Buyer's beware they will not honor your 90 day warranty.

Buyer's beware they will not honor your 90 day warranty. Brought my wife's vehicle in twice for a CEL that they couldn't replicate and RECOMMENDED that I take to the dealer. Mind you on both visits I was not given or offered a work order of what was done to try and replicate the issue, so very shady if you ask me. Took the vehicle to the dealer and they were able to replicate the complaint and replaced the fuel pump at $877.00. Took the invoice to the dealer hoping to receive some compensation and was told to kick rocks. Will not do any further business with them.

Joe, this is completely false! The vehicle is purchased “AS-IS” from Twin Pine Ford. We do offer a 90 Day Powertrain warranty; however, these are for vehicles that are outside of factory warranty. Your vehicle IS IN FACT still covered under manufacturers powertrain warranty which will supersede our 90-day warranty. This issue is between you and General Motors. We did not build the vehicle and we did not warranty the vehicle. Surely you can’t expect Twin Pine to pay for work that was NOT done at our shop, on a vehicle where an extended service contract was forfeited, and is supposed to be covered by General Motors under their 5 yr/60K mi Powertrain warranty which your vehicle still qualifies for.

Pretty good experience at this dealership.

Pretty good experience at this dealership. They are a very large dealership. The service person was very pleasant. No haggle pricing though so the price on the internet is what it is. Got a good deal and the owner was very nice.
