I was scheduled to have remote start installed. Service reps were ready and quickly got me in. I needed a ride to work. A rep was quick to get me to work... and explained how to access him if I needed a ride back (I didn?t). When I got back, my vehicle was ready. A rep showed me how to use the remote start. I saw the sales rep who sold me the car and asked her assistance to set up text messaging and how to set the remote for my garage door opener. She was able to help with both and I drove off a happy girl!

I purchased my third Subaru from this dealership. They take pride in their service and they are all so friendly. Not pushy.......and I never feel like... I'm at a dealership. Quality all around.
After driving 90 minutes to the dealership and checking in, I waited an additional 90 minutes before they took the car back to check the oil. I was there... almost 3 hours to have the oil checked for the consumption test. When they initially changed the oil they said to bring it back at 1200 miles, no appointment was needed. They would get it in and check the oil and I would be on my way.
