This complaint deals with finance department only: We

This complaint deals with finance department only: We were sold the most expensive warranty that also included oil changes and tire rotations. We had used it on at least two occasions. The service department was great. We were also under the impression that it was a Subaru transferable warranty that could be used at any Subaru service location. When my husband went to Subaru of Dayton, they explained to him there that this warranty is only good at your store! He was forced to pay for “covered” services. The salesperson and finance department never indicated this condition was part of the warranty! This happened April 1st. When I called finance that day, she was too busy to talk to me but would “call me back” that day. I called the dealership today 4/5 and finance was too busy to talk again so I gave a detailed verbal complaint to the person on the phone with my name and phone number. I want my husband reimbursed for his covered service on 4/1 and I want reimbursement of this policy that is financed with interest on my car loan. It’s dishonest to sell a bumper to bumper policy that can only be used at that dealership only. That was never communicated by sales or finance at River City Subaru in Huntington West Virginia. I’ve been a customer since 2007, bought three vehicles and had all my service and tires from this dealership. We got screwed over by a trusted company because of their finance people and sales person.
