Service Department retraction
I recently posted a negative review about the Jeep dealership in Orange Park. Ian in the service department took care of the issue. As long as he is there I will use their services when needed. The negative review is in the process of being removed.

Poor service and communication
Had scheduled maintenance done. Supposed to be covered by extended warranty coverage I have. They neglected to contact them ahead of time and I ended up paying for all of it. The service on transmission was messed up by them and tried to have replace and insurance caught them. Still not working properly and can not get a return call to find out what we can do to fix it right. I will probably have to take them to court.

I purchased my vehicle April 2021… I’ve brought the vehicle back to service 3 times for the same issue and it still hasn’t been fixed…I had an appointment today 05/13/2022 which I scheduled the end of April . When I arrived the appointment was cancelled. They then advised me 6 hours later that they wouldn’t get to my vehicle until the next morning and have no loaner cars. The assistant manager basically said there’s nothing I can do and go get a rental car because they may have my car for longer than tomorrow since it’s not under warranty. I will never buy another car from this dealership

I’m only give 1 star that’s the lowest but 2weeks ago March 19 Saturday I came in to this place ended up preordering a piece that needed to be installed and was told verbally and on the receipt it would take 3 to 5 business . Time passes no phone calls so I decided to call in so on Monday 28 I spoke with a young lady in the parts department she kept me on hold only to come back and say it’s not in so I waited more days and it was no calls and nobody was answering the phones so I decided to go in on Thursday March 31 asking for a refund for service that didn’t happen after saying it a few times one of the gentleman stated oh it’s here by then I wanted my refund the guy was kind enough to locate and speak the manager of my concern after a short brief wait time I was escorted in to speak to the manger who let me no he couldn’t give me back my exact amount because it wouldn’t come up I okayed it since it was .50 cents short and he said it will be back on my card within 24 hours but the next day I had no refund and i forgot to get a receipt so I went in again Friday letting him no I have no refund and need a receipt he told me to hold as he did running around asked me for my email and said give 48 hours and they would email you when your refund is on your card. I’m un happy believing that my refund is not coming. I f I had a receipt to prove it’s coming k would feel comfortable to wait I giving it till Monday if nothing shows up I’m reporting this business I never been somewhere that you don’t give receipt for transactions that’s been done

They do their own body work to COVER UP damage and don't report it under the VIN. The Chrysler 300S I purchased had been in a WRECK with FRAME DAMAGE on the passenger side front quarter panel, but NOTHING was reported or disclosed to me at the time of sale. I found out about the frame damage when I attempted to trade the 300 for a new car. The second dealership inspected the car for trade in and stated the car had been wrecked and that there was frame damage, but confirmed there was no report of an accident under the VIN number. I asked them to show me what/where this happened and how they could tell. I would never have seen it myself, but once they pointed out 4 or 5 things (welds that don't match the factory welds on the other side of the car, rust on those welds, a slight misalignment and overspray from the repainting on hoses in the engine) that confirmed the damage - I was flabbergasted. This cost me approximately $4,000 off the value of my trade in. I purchased the Chrysler 300S on 02/04/2017 from a salesman name Kingsley. It was a dealer loaner car and it had a total of 7,132 miles at the time of purchase. I will NEVER purchase another car from this dealership and I will warn others from using them as well. I would consider taking legal action, but I can't prove they did it. However, I know I didn't wreck the car or have any body work completed and they are the only other owner listed. Criminals!! It was great experience there.. Can't say enough. It was totally stress free. Would buy used there again or at least try to get the vehicle I want there if they have what im looking for. The Ford F 150 is about as good as it gets for satisfaction. Especially after they change my windshield Monday . Thanks Jodi my sales person for making it go so smooth.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! first of all the car was in my name. I dropped the car off to get worked I showed everyone my phone showing that y’all didn’t call me saying it was ready. You touched my belongings without me knowing I’ve also asked you guys if I can get everything out from when I was moving so it won’t be in the way you guys told me no. But still processed to touch my belongings the financial person TROY, (shouldn’t work in this kind of company when he talks xxxx about the customers ) said “nobody told kara to live in her car” but I don’t owe any of you any explanation because everything was in name. My grandma put a $1,000 down payment on the car and y’all called it a deposit when it wasn’t a deposit it was a down payment. Every dealership that I called said it’s not a deposit it’s a down payment. So y’all decided to sell my vehicle that was in my name that same day it’s actually legal to sell someone else’s car without any communication. And Oj is a xxxxty sales person that goes for everyone in that dealership. I now have a attorney and will sue this dealership. And the fact that half of my belongings is still missing like my keys and health insurance. Oh by the way I will be fighting to get my down deposit back you idiots

Buyer Beware - Dont let my mistake happen to you!!
29 December 2021, I purchased a 2016 Mercedes S550 from DARCARS of Orange Park. I, myself am at fault for not inspecting everything before the purchase however, the Mercedes S550 has a lot of features to inspect. I'm certain the vehicle needed repair parts totaling $3,796.15 before 29 December 2021. While the rear brake pads and rotor can be more easily missed. I believe a general vehicle inspection by the dealership would have identified an inoperative sunroof. Dealerships are more well trained and equipped to identify and repair potential problems with vehicles - that's the business they are in. If did the inspection of the 2016 Mercedes S550 prior to selling and knew about the sunroof problem and didn't disclose to the purchaser before the sale, then the moral compass of the dealership should probably self assess. If they weren't aware, then maybe they should take a closer look at the vehicles they are offering for sale, Short of airing up the tires and slapping a sticker on the window. I'm not asking to absorb the complete repair cost of $6,271.00 for both the sunroof and the brakes. But maybe help me save some face and split the repair or even the cost of parts of the sunroof only. I certainly would have negotiated a little further with the final selling price had I known about the problem with the sunroof. The 2017 Lifted Crew Cab Ram I traded in was amazing... with 15,000 fewer miles and absolutely nothing wrong with, For what I thought was my dream car. My mistake - don't let it be yours too!!! Zero stars wasn't an option or that's what they would have received!!
Dealer said they fixed my car for a P0330 code by...
Dealer said they fixed my car for a P0330 code by replacing some wires and charged $1200.00. Code came back , called to see if it was OK to take to dealer closer to my home it was OK'd by Ian and they will cover it under thier 90 day warranty. New dealer found the problem now they will not cover it, they what me to bring back to them. What if I lived out of state with this issue. If they would have said bring it back when I called I would have. Now I must pay of the car to be put back together drive it to them, then they charge me for them to do a diagnostic to verify the problem. Sounds like a waste of my time and my money.

Since your dealership will not honor your warranty and I followed one your service employees ok to take my vehicle to another I'm having my repaired correctly at Murrary Chrysler in Starke. Also bases on the repairs your service department was supposed to have done the parts don't match the parts list for my vehicle. I really wonder if anything was done, except for clear the code and return my car. I have learned something for this event don't trust ratings for dealership. Thanks for the $1200 lesson.
