Family Trucks and Vans was founded by the Father-Son team of Ron and John Sharp in 1976. Family Trucks and Vans began as
a small lot with one office and a small mechanic shop that occupied a fourth of a block. Over the decades, we've grown to a full block wide lot with a large mechanic's bay, a details shop and two offices, one of which is the same office that was used in 1976. You can find John Sharp, owner of Family Trucks and Vans, walking the lot and managing his business day in and day out. Among the latest Sharp family accomplishments is the success of their "Son" company, "The Sharpest Rides."

I don't usually write reviews. However..this is the best used car dealership I've ever dealt with. I flew in from Texas to buy a truck. Everyone I dealt... with was HONEST & the level of customer service I received was OUTSTANDING. I will fly in to purchase all my vehicles from them. You should too!!!
Jesus and Octavio were great. They both were very honest and straight with the shopping/purchase of the vehicle. They got the deal done and they made the... process easy and flawless, no lies , no hidden cost, didn't get the BS you get from other car dealerships. Once we got to the signing of the contact the finance guys, Alberto & Luis were straight and explained all in detail making everything clear. One of the best car shopping/buying experience Iven ever had!
Jesus Hernandez is an EXCELLENT sales consultant. He made my visit pleasant. I Purchased a 2009 Honda Ridgeline through him. Jesus done EVERYTHING perfect.... I will be back in the future to purchase another Truck. I will not go anywhere else but Family Trucks and Van. I bought a lot of cars at different vehicle lots. Recently my husband bought a truck, and soon after 5 days began fo fail air conditioning, so he return it to get it fixed, the week after the engine light... turned on and it was badly shaking, so he had to go back to get it fixed, they did nothing or left worse because now brings problems with de engine. Please don't buy anything in this place, people there just want to sell and don't care if the vehicles are in good condition. They're a real fraud.
Super upset, I've had my new Jeep 4 months now and still cannot get it plated as they have yet to get the paperwork to the DMV. I've made 4 trips there... now with hour waits every single time. No consideration for my time or money. Now the dmv will not give me another extension and I'm back at the dealership trying to get one from them so that I can make a 5th trip to the DMV and miss more work. Salesman Mark was great, Dez the person in charge of my paperwork has a terrible attitude and seems totally unbothered by the fact ive had the car 4 months now and still cannot get it plated. Many other dealerships to choose from that would make this right. As it stands this place seems to not care after the car leaves the lot, even on doing their own paperwork. Now contacting the finance company to see what can be done, they 3 way called dez and recorded her terrible attitude. Hopefully ally stops writing these people loans.
The sales guy inflated the price of vehicle after test drive, from advertisement on cargurus, unreal. Vehicle had several malfunction lites on. He said... they would fix it. Lies. Mgr refused to fix. A deal breaker. They refused to destroy application with my personal info, said it now belongs to them, to use for marking purposes. These dealership is unproffessional and use deceptive business practice. Buyer beware.
Terrible Customer service. I had lots of issues with the truck after one week of buying it,and got no help To fix the PROBlEM. Its has been an expensive... and very bad investment. I hope no other person has the same problem as I am having with the vechicle.
The people were nice and friendly. They helped us thru the hole process. Helped us to chose the right truck for us. :-) ESPECIALLY LUIS PÉREZ 😀
absolutely horrible service. Called to get the engine hours on a vehicle they have for sale. Sales guy said he would not get the info unless i came to... term on the price of the vehicle.....Price of the vehicle was NEVER an issue. As long as the hours on the engine correlated to the miles. Sales guy HUNG UP ON ME!!! Dont buy from a dealer that wont give you basic info on a vehicle.
My experience was a pleasure. First time ever to actually enjoy buying a car. Jesus was very nice to work with. I would definitely go back.
