Great Customer Service & Industry Knowledge

I was on the fence about purchasing a new car, especially with how the market is right now, but I also wanted some peace of mine with how old my car at the time was--a 2006 Volvo S60. I ended up speaking to and working with Dan Carlen regarding my concerns/thoughts on buying a new car for myself, and he really worked with me on everything that I was worried about. We ended up landing on a used 2015.5 Volvo S60 in fantastic shape, which after one month of driving, has been perfect for me. I can't thank him enough for the help, it was a great experience and highly recommend this dealership.

We had great support and service from Dan and the other staff. I especially appreciated the detail about the items that were addressed in the previous 10,000 mile service visit. Dan was friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. Couldn't have been better!

Brought in my 22 S60 R design- Since I had an awful

Brought in my 22 S60 R design- Since I had an awful experience with purchasing and the being delivered with vehicle have rim damage upon delivery. I decided to see to come Lovering for my rattle concern in the rear seat. Tyler was very attentive and listened to my concern.

Worst Auto Dealer Experience Ever.

Worst Auto Dealer Experience Ever. When I arrived at the dealer - I was told I needed to wait for the manager - who was "in the bathroom" - for 25 minutes! When I asked if someone else could make a decision or help me, I was snapped at and told to be patient. Really? I've owned 4 Volvos over the past 20 years - but Lovering has convinced me to look elsewhere. If you need a car, buy another brand, get a motorcycle, even a bike, or a horse and buggy. But respect yourself and DON'T go to Lovering.

Sold car to dealer, multiple problems…had to contact

Sold car to dealer, multiple problems…had to contact President after : months and no payment. They had sold vehicle to another dealership and still didn’t provide a check. Go somewhere else!!

Hello m23Money, We agree the outright purchase and receipt of the title to your vehicle took an excessive amount of time. Your lienholder took longer than expected to process our payment and send the title, as you know. We did send your vehicle to the auction and it was sold to another buyer, subject to the title arriving so the delay affected multiple parties. We normally provide checks to folks selling us their cars once we have the title in hand, but we did make an exception in your case and provided you the equity check prior to the title arriving, given the circumstances.
