Bought a car from them failed to disclosed Mercedes warranty information in writing though they said they would. When I spoke to them about later it they were rude, condescending, and thought it was funny that I was upset. I believe it is because I am a woman. They also had me on speaker for the whole office to hear and recored my call without my permission. I had to send my husband to talk to them because they obviously found my concerns amusing and they did not take them seriously. They also failed to have me sign a document and sent it to me 30 days later to sign it. They were also dishonest in disclosing on the website that the car was a buyback. They also did not detail my car and asked me to return a few days later...I live in NH. I strongly suggest DO NO BUY from them. Once you pay for the car they don't care about you as a customer, a potential returning customer, nor giving them a referral. It was a horrible experience.

This is not Quality High End Dealer
Not the place to impulse buy.. Bought a 70k X5 M with bad breaks, peeling trim, and a blown $1500.00 speaker(that I was given $300 for), After i brought it to Bobbys attention, they only took care of breaks and replaced only the pads not the rotors. Now car does not stop right and breaks squeal. They do not care. If you see something you like here HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU BUY OR SIGN ANYTHING!!

Stay away from extended warranty
They extended warranty coverage they offer will not cover authentic manufacturer parts or full labor. A front wheel bearing replacement (part of the coverage) at the Audi dealer will cost you $696 after the what the warranty company will pay. What a joke.

Purchased my first car online with Boston Foreign
Purchased my first car online with Boston Foreign Motors and couldn't be happier with my decision. My search for an Audi A6 brought me to a slew of different websites but eventually found a vehicle that checked all the boxes on CARFAX. The vehicle had almost 50 pictures online from every angle so it left little to the imagination. After submitting a request I was quickly contacted by Bobby who answered any questions I had about the vehicle and pricing. Less than 3 days later purchase was made. As a first time online buyer and an out of state buyer Bobby and his team made this process very simple. An email with DocuSign paperwork and a credit card deposit and I was on my way. Upon pickup the car was as promised from the pictures. Factory sealed accessories, original window sticker, detailed to perfection, and a very recent inspection/service report from a certified Audi dealer with all services up to date. I drove nearly 5 hours to pickup this vehicle and have zero regrets. One thing to note for my out of state buyers is to bring your own plates or tags as Massachusetts doesn't do temporary tags. Wasn't an issue for me as I grabbed my future plate and EZpass with no issues. Thanks again to Bobby and team for a pristine vehicle and quick delivery of the title. Will purchase again one day and hope to see the indoor satellite location with over 70 vehicles one day.

They did not have the a car in the lot that I was lookin for and one of the oldest salesman said that no test drive unless you are buying the car.He kept saying I can’t show you the car only if you buying it.Not a friendly ppl and very small dealer wasted my time It was very disappointing..take your business somewhere else..

Small shop, with liar salesman
The place is falling apart. Only a few cars on a small lot. Horrible service. Lying salesman. All positive reviews are fake. They don't treat customers well.

Terrible Customer Service
Just a terrible experience. Spoke with Wesley Tuesday afternoon inquiring about a car, told him where I needed to be, he said he'd get back to me that night. Nothing that night and nothing the next day so I contact them around 1030.... Nothing. Try again around noon, nothing. I finally get a response a few hours later apologising for the delay, and was told the salesperson I was working with was also working with someone else on the same car and he had sold it already. First off the fact that they thought that response was acceptable in any way was laughable. Secondly, how could they not contact me before it's sold or even mention someone else was interested in it when I first inquired about the car?? Are you kidding me? I was honestly dumfounded. I spoke with a finance manager who apologised and said he'd have the general manager contact me shortly. Never happened. Stay away, they have no idea what customer service is or how to conduct business. I would be so embarrassed if I conducted business this way and would be out of a job.

Incredible vehicle purchase experience
Words can’t explain the amazing experience I had with Ali at Boston Foreign Motors!! I had been car shopping and researching for over a year. I had my sights on the infiniti qx80. I went to multiple Infiniti dealerships and was SO fed up with the typical politics of dealerships. Most recently having a dealership tell me I had to use their bank and very little transparency. Even going to a dealership to look at a specific vehicle and it being nowhere to be found! I got to Boston Foreign Motors and was blessed to work with Ali! He was AMAZING! I got the vehicle I loved and the process was seamless!! Best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had so far. I have been raving about Ali and Boston Foreign Motors to everyone I talk to! Incredible experience from the minute I contacted them!! I will definitely be back in the future.

Bad experience
Would not recommend this car dealership at all! Gave my word I would be back following week and confirmed multiple times with Bobby...he said would hold forward for me as I stated to be sure of that... called on the Monday to confirm arrival on the Tues to purchase and said he sold it!!
