Good service but they should learn to listen.

I purchased a vehicle in 2006 and had it serviced regularly until I sold it in 2014. I still receive emails and mail requesting that I set up an appointment to have it serviced even though I have told the services department on several occasions I no longer own the vehicle. I just hope they remember to reinstall the drain plug when the service my new vehicle.

No xxxxxx business @ Citrus Motors Ford

Citrus Motors was downright efficient, effective, and to the piont. I went there because I was looking for a new experience after visiting two other or dealerships? The other two dealerships had failed to meet my expectations. From the moment I made the phone call to their cuatomer service( (Jaime), to the experience walking onto the lot ( Kenny and Miguel) , and last ( signing the closing doc's) and driving off with the right vehicle that we wanted. Can't say enough about the great experience I had! I recommend Citrus Motors to anyone, including friends and family. We bought a Ford Explorer with intention off having a comfortable vehicle for my 2 high school boys. The family is now happy and comfortable. Thank you Team Citrus Ford.

Appointment made.

Called in a few different times to see if you were busy for a repair on my sunroof. Each time you were busier than the last. ( Didn't want to leave my vehicle there for three days.) Then I got an email stating that I could set up an appointment. I did so for four days after my initial email giving you plenty of time to squeeze me in. When I showed up at my appointed time slot, I was treated the same as I would have without an appointment. They still wanted to keep my vehicle for three days. I know the service on my car would only take approximately 30 minutes. The service writer asked if I could bring it back Tuesday morning at 8:00. ( This was the Thursday prior.) I did so, and got the same story as the prior Thursday. Your service department doesn't understand the concept of setting up an appointment. They eventually agreed to service that day, but still had to shuttle back and forth. I was willing to wait for two hours. ( Which was one of the options on the email sent to me, but alas that didn't pan out. Hugely disappointed in the system.

Overall good service. Have lifetime oil change. Had blinker light repaired.

Great experience

I drove up to the lot to look at the Kia Sedona and I was kindly greeted by a sales person. They asked if the could help me or if I would like to look around on my own. I was a bit shocked but I asked for his help with the Kia Sedona. He walked me over to the cars, walked me through all of the features and asked if I want to take it out for a test drive. We did and he was a great salesman, not pushy, didn't try to coerce me or force me into financing, just asked what I thought and continued to tell me more about the vehicle and the warranty that went along with it. I didn't buy a car that day because I was just checking the Sedona out. I was impressed with both the vehicle and the service. When the time is right I will return and purchase a vehicle from this dealer.
