Buyer Beware This dealership does not stand behind

Buyer Beware This dealership does not stand behind their product and neither does Bentley corporate. I made a special trip to Long Island to see and drive a 2023 Continental GT and ultimately purchased it that day. It rained the whole day but as far as I could tell it seemed OK and I didn’t concern myself since I was informed I have a three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. After the car spent two days in pre-delivery prep in NY, it was transported to my home. It arrived at 1 AM in the dark and filthy. I couldn’t scrutinize the paint, but the vehicle was extremely dirty as I mentioned. I had my detailer come to my home to clean it up. He hand washes exclusively my vehicles on my property. He noticed and documented with videos the swirling and fine scratches throughout the paint. The vehicle went straight into my garage and no one touched it, except the transporter & the Long Island Bespoke staff. I called & texted the salesman & the service mgr who refused to correct the paint issue on my brand new $260K car. Also left multiple messages over several days for the president of Bespoke motors to contact me. He never did, he had the salesman call me instead and got nowhere fast- very frustrating to say the least. He just kept repeating contact the Bentley dealership closest to me and they did not want to fix the situation either. Bottom line, they did not stand behind their product. I had no service after the sale from them whatsoever. I have all the text threads with the various Bentley dealership employees that I appealed to, to take care of this issue, along with pictures and video documentation that I provided to them. They persisted in ignoring and refusing to correct the situation. I reached out to the Bentley dealership nearest to my home who also did not want to correct the issue. They wanted to throw it back on the Long Island dealership. After multiple unsuccessful attempts with both dealerships, I finally contacted corporate who left me a voicemail saying that their “regional manager spoke to the dealership and that the car arrived in the same condition as the day I drove it” in the rain. My clerk/salesman told me it was in pre-sale prep for two days after my test drive. I can only conclude that their prep department/detailer did not take proper care or detail it correctly and caused the rotary swirls and fine scratches over the entirety of the car. It seems to be insinuated that I fabricated the whole situation to get the paint corrected, when it arrived to me in that condition. I contacted the salesman the very next day after the car was delivered at 1 AM and let him know that there was scratches on the spoiler and fine scratches and swirling throughout. My salesman’s response was I have three years bumper-to-bumper warranty on the car and to take it to the nearest Bentley dealership. As I said, I have video documentation & pics, which I provided to both dealerships, Bespoke in Long Island and the Bentley dealer nearest to my home. Nobody wants to take care of this issue. I bought this car in good faith and paid plenty, only to own a car that the Paint is not what any reasonable person would expect from any new car regardless of the cost and this one was not cheap and not what I paid for. As an aside, I called the salesman a clerk because we found the car and purchased it. He did little to nothing.

First exotic car purchase experience.

After a deal for a 2019 Huracan spyder fell through at another dealership due to their dishonesty, I contacted Lamborghini of Long Island. I was met with the upmost professional courtesy and a rock bottom price out of the gate. No surprises whatsoever. Two days later we took home a brand new Huracan Spyder. Mike Herrera and Jack the GM are two of the best guys I have dealt with in the car industry. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the market for a New or Used Lamborghini, as they push to get deals done.

Always Friendly

I have always had a great experience here. Salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and organized and they have some amazing cars on display.

Custom Order Aventador S

I just received my new Aventador S. I got the Lambo custom.... And fully Loaded Jack and Vinny helped me have a great buying experience.Bespoke Moters did the built in radar and the full car wrap came out awsome ... If you want to buy a gift for yourself then check them out there is always something COOL.. on the floor . The only thing i warn you about is having to much fun 186--- WOW (check out the 4wheel steering) lambo is the best nothing compares and BESPOKE Dealership is awsome The best in New York :)

I just received my new Aventador S. I got the Lambo custom.... UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

My name is Anthony Bellantoni, I was shopping for a Bentley Continental for my wife. I was dealing with Jessica, we were negotiating the price of the vehicle. Everything was going well until Jack approached me and tried to hard sell me. Very unprofessional and arrogant. Needless to say I didn't purchase the car and I will be taking my business else where..

Top notch dealer

Just had my first buying experience with the guys at Lamborghini Long Island. Picked up a pre-owned huracan for a great deal. When buying a used car of this caliber its important to get it from a reputable official dealer so you don't end up with thousands of dollars worth of unforeseen issues. Can't wait to enjoy my new toy this spring and summer. This is one dealership you definitely have to check out.

Great Experience

First off I'm not really sure where these negative reviews are coming from. I recently visited this dealership and my experience was nothing like what some people described. Upon first stepping foot into the showroom you instantly realize this organization is a step ahead of the others. Their facilities are first class and are like nothing I've seen before. I came in to look at a new Bentley. The salesman I dealt with (Mike) was a cool guy and very knowledgeable. He was even kind enough to give me a tour of the other showrooms (they also sell Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini). Although I didn't end up purchasing a car, the salesman and staff I encountered were very courteous and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. So if your're in the area and are in the market for one of these cars I highly recommend stopping here.

worst ever

the so called president, jack ciaccia is a crook. look him up online! he has been busted by the feds. I went in to order a new Lamborghini miura and he wants $50k over(plus some cash "under the table" for himself), meanwhile my buddy ordered his car at another local dealer and was given $5500 off of sticker. the place has gone down hill big time, stay away.
