    These guys are great. I have done 3 deals with Gary and Jason over the past year and a half. They have got me a good finance deal and a good trade value every time. My family has bought a used BMW, Mercedes and certified jaguar from them.

    I called them to set an appointment to get my airbag fixed, due to the recall, and no one returned my call. I called the next day and the person that I talked with said that someone had called me back, which had never happened. Also, I asked for a loaner vehicle that would sit up off of the ground, possibly a truck or SUV, because I am a DAV (Disabled Veteran) and I was injured in Iraq and I have many injuries, and the person told me that it was not possible.

    I would give 1/2 star if I could, for overall average. The only redeeming quality is comfort of their waiting area. I had to go back twice to get the USB connection fixed. Twice they said it was fixed. On the 2nd attempt I checked first before leaving, and found it was still not fixed. I went back in and nobody could show me it got fixed, so they told me to make an appointment to come back so they can take a look again. The 1st time I was there, had to leave the car overnight. The 2nd time, 3 nights. They don't know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. I had to show the service rep how the USB/iPod feature should work.

    We were greeted and introduced to Larry S. He was very busy that day we were there, but still put us first and really took his time with us. He wanted to make sure that we were getting what we wanted and at the best deal. He was not pushy or trying to sell us a car that we didn't want. The finance manager Cryus was nice, funny and made the sale go smoothly. We were in and out quickly and really love our new car.

    I have never been so upset and been disrespected. Don't ever go to this dealership. I just came back and had the worst experience because of the general manager (Chris Smith). I had to change my tire and the tow truck took it yesterday. They didn't even take a look at it until this morning. They called my dad saying it was ready at 2:02 p.m. and when we went to go pick it up at 2:21 p.m., they said my car went in the car wash and to wait 30 minutes. We waited almost 2 hours without being informed of where my car was or what was going on. Life happens, and we aren't upset about the wait. WHAT WE ARE UPSET ABOUT is the attitude and the way the manager talked to me and my mom. He handed the key over to the receptionist without even saying sorry. There was no apology and he was getting irritated with me and talked down to me. I told him that he shouldn't be talking to me like that as a manager, and he said he is irritated, holding back, and he could talk to me like that. It was our first time here, and we love the car, but we are NEVER coming back here. It may be the way that we were dressed, but you should never talk to your customers like that if you are the general manager. I will be talking to the headquarters and get this straightened out.

    Brought an Infiniti car last Tues. Sat I hear rattling noise. I was told to bring car in and ask for Jeff-pre owned manager. I get there. He wasn't there. They had to call jim on cell to get an ok to look at the car. Then give it back saying it will cost 2 hours of diagnostic time to look at this car. Since it's under factory warranty take it to Infiniti. Customer service was poor. Nothing like when I purchased the car. So basically they patched up this noise enough to sell and don't want to fix it. Waste of my time. I will never refer or buy another vehicle from any Jim Coleman dealership. I have never had this problem.
