before you sign any sales agreement or finance papers make sure you read them two or three times. I purchased a new car there and requested 60 months financing. sure enough I received my payment book three weeks later with 60 payments. I started paying extra each month to get it paid off early. one day I called the bank and the payoff they told me did not come near what I should have owed { much more }. come to find out they fixed they changed the finance papers to 72 months and I would receive another payment book for 12 more payments. they were very deceptive and have lost a customer. please BEWARE!!!

The dealership listed a vehicle possibly two weeks ago. After contacting them for more photos and information their response was they would get it to me when the vehicle was brought onto the lot? Why would a dealership advertise a vehicle that they would not provide information for that vehicle. Appears they are not serious or are offering vehicles that don't exist! I will look elsewhere.

0/10 for the service dept. Erik in the service department is very condescending and rude. He has zero concerns about my vehicle being without the safety features and felt it was appropriate to return the vehicle to me when the issue hasn’t been addressed or fixed. The service department then offered the next available service appointment to continue to work on it. 8 or 9 days later. When I went to pick it up unfinished around 4-4:30pm the technicians were inside near the service advisor desk digging in drawers looking for snacks and talking about how much beer they planned to drink. Erik then called me again to tell me that their dealership is independently owned and operated and they were choosing to no longer work on the car at all even though it was purchased there, extended warranty was purchased there, and they are the only ones to have ever serviced the vehicle before, even down to oil changes. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Always an easy car buying experience at Dan Cava’s. From the time you walk in the door they make every effort to make your car buying experience a good one. I always recommend them to friends and all of my family buys here too. Only place I will ever buy!!

My family only buys cars from Dan Cava Toyota! We are treated like family and they make the buying process so simple. Rarely anything goes wrong with a Toyota but if it does they also have the best service dept around. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle give Santino and his crew a visit...you won't be disappointed!!

Dealership is well maintained and great environment. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and has always taken care of me and my family. I will continue to go to Dan Cava as it is the best place to go for a new ride or all your service needs! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best service department I've ever dealt with. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous and seems to enjoy their jobs. I have purchased many cars from Dan Cava Toyota and I've always found the salesman to be helpful but not pushy.
