I purchased a Land Rover Discovery 2017 they sold me the car with 2 keys or so i taught. A few months later someone told me to check the key inside the... key fob to make sure the keys work lo and behold the keys they gave does not work only the key fob. So i took the keys back to the dealership and told them what the problem is i also explain if the battery dies in the key fob i will not be able to start or use the car so i need them to order me the correct keys for the car they sold me. Do you want to know what the sales manager told me? his name is Paul Berube he told me you are fresh out of luck there is nothing we can do. Then he said to me you have to leave you are going to cause problem for me. So i call the police and told them what happen unfortunately they could not do anything. Stay away from there...

The keys were provided to us by the previous owner. The Land Rover warranty may cover your key. We encourage you to consult a local Land Rover dealership. They have a great team to assist you to buy a new car, understand your needs and help to provide the best deal. They do all that they can to do the business... but do not "pest" you to do the business. Really a great company and I will do business again.
They quoted me thousands for a part they didn't even look at. After replacing the part myself, they kept up with the same misdiagnoses , and refused to... investigate further. They never laid a finger on it besides reading the codes, and not understanding what the codes meant. Incompetent, rude and expensive.
Posted originally on 10/16, dropped and reposting now: Dear Mr. Miller : We have not performed any repairs to your vehicle. We have only diagnosed a... convertible top concern on your Eos in January of this year which at the time was a failed convertible hydraulic pump. We had attempted basic settings, re-calibrations and manually open and close the convertible top but the static fault stored regarding the hydraulic pump allowed no operation of the top. Our Shop Foreman re-inspected the issue when you returned in January for a second opinion. We found the same fault stored for the hydraulic pump unit, checked power and grounds. We again provided the same repair direction as originally quoted. Today we have a fault stored: Electronic roof operation system malfunction and your convertible top is still inoperative. I understand you have had some repairs performed elsewhere and/or by yourself but your vehicle may still have an issue with the Hydraulic pump or another component. Unfortunately I cannot answer this without diagnosing your vehicle again after your repair attempts as we discussed. I am sorry for your frustration with your vehicle's convertible top and I hope you can find a resolution to your concerns. Respectfully, Samantha Gomez, Service Drive Manager

Dana and Amanda were wonderful to work with. They kept the communication consistent without being over-bearing. I bought a used Jetta I found online and... the buying process was quick and easy without a Ron of back and forth. Financing was fairly painless too = they offered me the warranties and other packages but weren’t too pushy, understanding that I just needed a si ole car for my son without a ton of extras. Would definitely return.
Excellent sales and service! We purchased a new 2019 Atlas Premium from Hewlett and were very satisfied with the entire sales experience. Jay Wilson... is very knowledgeable about the products at this dealership AND he is quite personable! The team (sales and finance) involved in this transaction were all very professional. An issue was discovered right before we drove off the lot and Jay contacted me the next business day to make the arrangements to get the Atlas back to them so they could correct the issue. Tyler was our service coordinator and he too was outstanding! He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied with the steps taken to resolve the issue.
We walked in Saturday evening to look at the sedans and a salesman walked over to check on us. He (Drew Gelly) was friendly and started answering my questions.... I had several questions about the differences between the Passat and Jettas, the engine sizes, prices and options. I would rapid fire some questions and he was responsive, polite and answered my questions without trying to get into a sales pitch. He pulled out two cars to get a better look at and opened a third without hesitation. He looked up a couple of others and could tell I had zeroed in on one. We took a test drive and started looking at numbers. I then saw one on the show room floor which was a diffent model. He walked us down to those and I quickly disregarded that model. He stayed late, completing the sale and was friendly, polite and not pushy about anything. I hate buying cars !
