    The process of leasing my 2019 Jetta R was so easy and effortless.     I came interested in trading in my 2015 Passat TDI SEL for a newer model. I first met Debbie, very helpful and polite and friendly, who introduced me to... Mike Torres. We looked at a few 2018 models, then test drove one. Mike took me on some specific roads to allow me to test the car and its handling. Mike was very patient with me, applying zero pressure and making me feel very comfortable in the process. I then met Paul Barube, who made me a couple offers, but I told him I needed to go home and pray on it before making a decision. I texted with Paul the next day several times while in discussion with Charles Maund VW, however their response rate was very poor to say the least. As a matter of fact, after speaking with the internet supervisor, he never returned my call as promised, and 2 phone calls from me later, I finally heard from another sales rep. In the meantime, Paul Barube was in constant contact with me, rapidly replying to all my questions. It was then I decided to return to Hewlett and work out a deal as I felt a relationship between me and the dealership had been fostered. I was "assigned" Tiffany Henry as Mike Torres was busy. She was awesome, very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. Paul joined a couple times to add to the offer, and quickly a deal was struck. When I finally got to Chris in finance, the positive and warm and friendly atmosphere continued. He was great, also very knowledgeable in the various products offered, and applied zero pressure to sign up for additional coverage or products. It was a very good experience, albeit a little long, but that was due to it being the last day of the month and having only one finance officer on duty, along with me changing my mind on the car I had originally picked.     I purchased a 2014 VW Beetle TDI in Denver. While on the road home, I realized that something was wrong with the drainage in the rear hatch. After it rained,... water poured into the back seat when the hatch was lifted. I had purchased a VW Beetle in 2010 from Hewlett and had exemplary service there. So I proceeded to Hewlett for inspection and repair. What a wonderful experience! Every person there was very friendly and asked if I needed help. My service advisor was Raymond James. He listened intently (a rare commodity)as I expressed my opinion about the problem. He called me several times that day, offering options for repair. The problem was remedied. I can drive confidently in New Orleans rains now without worrying about interior flooding! I cannot say enough about my appreciation for the service Raymond gave me. It is this kind of attention to my concerns that assures my loyalty to Hewlett and the VW brand.

    I had a problem with my center console that was obviously not caused by me but you won't cover it even though I showed you guys and you know that... I am right. I bought this car from you with a warranty but was never told that it would not cover things that aren't my fault that break because of crappy workmanship with my BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY!!!! I would have bought a Hyundai like I should have. I will call Volkswagen and tell them whats going on and how you guys were supposed to call me and tell me the day before whether it was covered but instead you don't call me and tell me that it is ready for pickup so I have to drive all the way there thinking it's all done because you guys straight up LIED. The call is recorded by me luckily, so i am going to get this taken care of. I am so unhappy, I was lied to so much. BTW they make you purchase a maintenance package for at least $400 up to $3000 to get your stuff done there because if you do it elsewhere you lose your warranty and it costs a huge amount to get service done there so if you don't buy the package you will be paying much more for service so you don't lose your warranty. Then the (crappy) warranty covers almost nothing that you need covered. As for now, I would say BUY A HYUNDAI, right now I really wish I had. I will update this if they decide to do the right thing or not so you guys know. So far I have met one good person there, but he was at the Hewlett collision center next door so not the same place.

    Mr. McCulloch, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this morning in person. I understand your vehicle was at the Collision Center which is... whom called you when your vehicle was ready. I don't believe they were aware of your service inquiry so I would have to disagree with you that anyone lied. I reviewed our Service notes and found that your Service Advisor did call you regarding the broken center console and service maintenance status. Since you did not answer, He left you a voice mail regarding your service status on July 16th @ 5:38pm. This was prior to us returning your vehicle back to the Collision Center and prior to your vehicle pick up. Our phone system also confirms this information. Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship only. Damage is either covered by the owner or auto insurance coverage. As mentioned to you today, because the part in your vehicle is physically broken this would not be considered a warrantable repair. But as I also stated to you this morning, I would reach out to Volkswagen on your behalf to inquire on any repair assistance. I am not sure what you mean by 'unless we assist' you will then post on every forum. But if you would like to allow me the opportunity to help you I will see what we are able to do for you on a goodwill basis. Please call me directly or email with any questions.     We came in relatively uninformed (especially compared to other manufacturers that we considered) and somewhat unprepared. Ivan was very helpful and patient... while we worked through our understanding of the vehicle, a 2018 Atlas. I'm very appreciative about the features of the waiting area. Part of being unprepared is that we had two young children in tow. The play area is a nice touch and gave me comfort about any future visits for service. The whole staff worked quickly and was flexible to my family's needs. Great experience.

    This was the first auto purchase experience that I can say I actually enjoyed. Our salesperson, Chris Rittenhouse, was easy going, answered questions honestly,... and made my wife feel comfortable during the process. The sales manager, Brett, was great - I appreciated the openness of his office space - it made it feel like he was on our side, not some wizard in another room. The overall process was fantastic.

    I had my heart set on buying a used EOS and had test drove several. I found the one I wanted at Hewlett, 3 hours from home. We went there to purchase this... beautiful little car and were so impressed with the luxury feel and the size of the Atlas, we purchased a new one! Jay Wilson, our sales person, didn't pressure us into the new vehicle - he was happy to show us - and -sale us - whichever we wanted. Changing our mind on the vehicle, delayed us in our plans for the remainder of the day. Both Jay and Dave in financing, worked rapidly to complete our transaction and get us back on schedule. I still wish I had that cute little EOS, but I know we are really going to enjoy traveling in the Atlas. If only I could talk my partner into buying both! :-) Thanks Hewlett Volkswagen for a positive car buying experience.
