My engine light is back on will be the 3rd time since i bought this brand new rebel half ton. They dont seem to fix it right each time. Im ready to go higher up to get it fixed right.

I dropped my Rebel Dodge Ram truck this morning i told the service person please do not return the truck until it is fixed correctly. This is the 3rd time it has been service for the same problem. Thank you

The service reps that handled by 2 vehicles was extremely rude and did not explain the different recommendations my vehicle needed. I also heard him say that he knows he won’t get a good review from this customer while dialing my number for pick up.

Friendly attentive staff.
Friendly attentive staff. Clean and well maintained waiting area. They handled my oil change, and other 95K maintenance items very quickly. My only complaint is that their wait time for an diagnostic work is 4 days & you have to leave you vehicle. I believe if you make an appointment which calls out the need for diagnostic work then you should be notified before bringing in your vehicle. If not your appointment time is when your vehicle gets taken in & checked out. I could not leave my vehicle there for 4 days .
