I don't think I'll go back again. Bad customer service experience. I've had better experience with Fred Haas Toyota, Goodson Honda, and Gillman Acura, and Sterling McCall Nissan. 1. I noticed an issue with the vehicle after purchase. Although they did a good job repairing it, sales person was very defensive the moment I mention the 3 day/150 mile return policy and that I was considering returning it. 2. Finance manager is too busy to call me back just to confirm the lender so that I can add the vehicle to my insurance. I've been calling and leaving a voicemail the last two days. Just unprofessional. Although I was willing to order one if necessary, I really needed a new car sooner than the six weeks necessary for building a new car. I had been having a horrible time car shopping with other dealerships in this area, the second we showed up to AutoNation the salesman Ron got right to the point and found out our needs and our spending limit, found us a vehicle in no time at all very pleased with the overall process, friendly staff, great atmosphere and great service.

It's hard being broke and being in desperate need of a new vehicle, especially with less than stellar credit. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Devonte Brown. He asked what we were looking for and looked high and low to find exactly what was on my "had to have" list. He did not try to put us in a vehicle he knew was out of our price range and did not make us feel like we had to go to Joe Blow's dealership to get financing we could afford. He treated us like we were the best customers he ever had and made us a great deal on a certified preowned 2013 Grand Caravan. He even checked the other dealerships in the area to see if they had anything similar to what we wanted to save us the legwork. He was professional, yet personable and all around easy to deal with. The dealership gave us a much better deal on our trade in than the other places we had looked as well. Devonte even helped us clean out the old van. I enjoyed my experience with AutoNation and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I had been to dozens of dealerships looking for the truck I wanted and when I found one I really liked I went to look at it, not realizing it was at a different Autonation location. When I arrived at Autonation the salesmen(Mike Rodriguez) informed me that I was at the wrong dealership and before I walked away he asked me what i was looking for and to see if they had anything in their inventory that might catch my eye. The very first vehicle he showed me was a really awesome truck that I didn't think was in my price range, but it was and I went on a test drive and purchased the truck that same day.
