2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid
On Saturday July 12, 2014, I went to Galpin to get service on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. That evening I ended up leaving with a new 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL. I want to thank Steve Smith and his Manager Tim for helping me get an amazing deal. Sam and Jim from financing were also great individuals. Steve from the leasing department, who was in finance for 19 years, is also an excellent individual. Thanks to all of you for your professionalism and outstanding work. It is people like these individuals that help Galpin be the number one Ford dealer in the world. I forgot to mention, the Galpin owners are also great people as well. I know Galpin will continue to be successful.

Jack Wallace is the best!
Jack Wallace is amazing! My car was totaled by a teenage driver and I was obligated to get a new car. Jack Wallace made my transition easy, quick, and painless. It is a shame that there aren't more people like Jack. He definitely breaks the stereotype of automotive dealers! I had a pleasure working with him.
