    I had a truly wonderful experience in purchasing a car from Modern Nissan. In fact, it was the best I've ever had. Our salesman, Joe Shaw, was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and friendly. I normally dread talking to car salesmen because of previous bad experiences, but Joe was nothing like the past pushy, rude salesmen I've worked with. He was genuinely interested in getting me the car that I wanted, and was encouraging while not being PUSHY. He could not have made it a more comfortable, enjoyable experience-- even with my indecisiveness and wavering regarding the exact car I wanted! We ended up with a 2015 Nissan Altima and we could not be happier with it! My husband and I were both thrilled with our service from the moment we entered the doors to the moment we left. We have already been telling our friends about our wonderful experience there, hoping they visit Modern Nissan too. Lewis and Reggie were the two other people we worked with and their expertise and professionalism were just as impressive as Joe's. 10 stars all around!

    Drove the Frontier to dealership for a diagnosis on low compression in one cylinder. A couple days later the service advisor calls and says engine is shot that I need a new engine. I asked them are you sure and they said yes the problem is in the bottom end. I denied the new engine and went to pick it up and the truck would barely run now. They took the truck back to the shop and said the in take gasket slipped out of place. This happened cause the technician didn't put it back together correctly. I finally got the truck back and took it to a local mechanic. He showed me where parts were not put back on and parts left loose. He diagnosed the problem as a burnt valve. Now the truck is fixed for a total cost of 1400 dollars vs the 5500 that modern Nissan wanted for a new engine. This place changes out parts cause they must not know how to verify the real issue. My advise is don't take your vehicle there cause they are not true mechanic just part changers.
