Bought used Expedition.

Bought used Expedition. Halfway home (2+ hr away) xx engine lite came on. Once I got home other problems began...specifically turbo boost &/or cam phaser issue. I believe the dealership knew of these problems but concealed them. Will have to pay local mechanic to determine what the issue is. Bob B

3/27-5/8 is 6 weeks to the day but we seem to be drifting from the real problem. Attempted to contact Bill but wasn't in. Talked with Stacey on 5/9. Said he would look up the vehicle and call me right back. I have yet to hear from him....now 1 week. This seems to confirm my suspicion that they were aware of problems. Vehicle has been analyzed by a Ford dealership and an independent mechanic that the problem is cam phasers. Not an inexpensive repair. Waiting for the second estimate. Ford said $6000.

Once again, Tenita was great.

Once again, Tenita was great. Tim was great as well. They really go far beyond to make sure I was happy! They have every bit of business. My car will not go anywhere else. I'll drive an hour for my oil changes. Everyone that works there deserves a big raise!!!! They're not just people that works at a dealership, they are family!!!! That's how they made us feel!!!! Great job guys!!!

Very unorganized and poor communication across the board!

Very unorganized and poor communication across the board! There deposit system to hold a vehicle for viewing and negotiation is the sorriest I’ve ever experienced. The manager at the used lot is very unprofessional and not in his element, lack of knowledge and overall commitment to treat each transaction as the most important of the day. I will never spend money there on new lot or used lot. Manager at new lot promised a phone call and never delivered on his promise. If there was a zero it would definitely be a ZERO here.

Anthony Taylor went above and beyond to help me with my

Anthony Taylor went above and beyond to help me with my HR-V. As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly. Now I can safely return to my husband and puppy in almost 4 hour drive home. Thank you, Anthony and Merry Christmas!

Melanie was great to work with.

Melanie was great to work with. She stayed overtime to ensure I was completely satisfied. Sales manager was upfront and worked the phones to get me the best offer on my trade. They definitely earned my future business.

This is hands down the worst Honda dealership I have

This is hands down the worst Honda dealership I have ever Had to deal with the sales manager is crook and service department is completely incompetent. If they order a part for you and they tell you they will call you when comes in. They won't. You'll have to call them and schedule the service after being transferred around and placed on hold waiting for the service manager. Then he with the excuse that it's the phone system will TALK OVER YOU if you are upset with the treatment you've received. AVOID this dealership if at all possible.

Gabe went above and beyond the call of duty.

Gabe went above and beyond the call of duty. He certainly is an asset to AutoNation. I will certainly recommend buying a car at AutoNation because my treatment with Gabriel.

1st time in my 65+ years I had a completely positive car

1st time in my 65+ years I had a completely positive car dealer experience. absolutely stunned. Started out with a used purchase which we returned during the 5 day/250 mile window due to discovery of rear end damage. All involved were great. Immediately offered to return or repair. We elected to return it. In the end we were offered a great deal on a new vehicle & went for it. Very pleased, recommended.
