I have been buying cars for over 50 years, and I have never had a better experience than that provided by Mike Beal at Voorhees AutoLender. The dealership... is well-stocked with quality cars at unbeatable prices.
Anthony was great! No pressure . It was a very good experience. The car looked great when we picked it up. Anthony made sure that all our concerns were... fixed!
Found a vehicle at AutoLenders while serching online. AutoLenders corresponded with me over the weekend, made arrangements to have the vehicle shipped... to my local AutoLenders lot next day, then made the entire purchasing experience a pleasure without any pressure and hassle free! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends, and visit them first when searching for my next vehicle. AutoLenders high end inventory is amazing, and priced to move.
I recently left a lengthy review on the Auto Lenders Facebook page. Here's a quick synopsis: Purchased a car on 7/21. First time at this dealer.... Dealer had the make/model color I was looking for at a fair price and found a good rate at a local credit union for the auto. Ended up with a 2014 Acura MDX. Buying Process -------------------- Simple, financing available at decent rates. Salesman Dan Gellura was easy to work with. Test drove the one I ended up buying that day and handed off to a family member so they could take it for a road trip. One condition on the sale was to remediate an odor that was present in the car - initially thought it was the previous driver's perfume etc.. but after the last 10 days - concluding it was water that leaked into the interior. I ended up purchasing the car at the posted internet price which was about $500-1000 lower than the windshield sticker on the lot. Based on the issues I have had since buying would not have paid that price and currently have reservations about the purchase. If the water leak presented itself during the test drive would definitely not have purchased. Service ---------- A family member took the car to North Carolina that day and on the way down called to inform me there was a leak from the sensor housing/rear view mirror on the windshield. They said it was very slight but water would drip onto the center console. I posted a review on Facebook and Auto Lenders reached out to me. I got the car back last Thursday 7/30 and brought it to their service center in Winslow/Berlin on 7/31. They remediated the odor that day with an ozone generator. The smell was still there slightly but after I dressed the leather seating with a conditioner it was no longer noticeable. The techs then tested the drainage tubes on the sunroof. I took the car that day and had it washed and later on that evening it rained again. The next morning I noticed water where the sensor housing and rear view mirror connect. Examining the windshield from the front of the car saw white spotting on the inside of the glass in front of the sensors (indicating water had been present for some time) also the top seam of the windshield there were either sporadic air pockets or sealant/silicon from a poor repair. Service was scheduled for Tuesday morning after speaking to Jason Markus COO. He directed me to Mickey Weiss, the service manager at the Berlin/Winslow location. Mickey was fantastic to work with - he verified that the windshield appeared to be problematic and scheduled a glass company to come out to my work on Thursday 8/2. I also indicated a hesitation so he performed a fuel injection service on it as well as locating a service bulletin from Acura that appeared to address the problem. I took it to an Acura dealer that day and they verified the service bulletin and performed a trans flush/fill and module reprogram as well as letting me know the issue was covered up to 70000 miles through the manufacturer. At this point I have to say I was impressed by the follow-up and post sale support. Can't say I am overwhelmed by their inspection process and certification of the cars A leak seems hardly something that should go unnoticed. The odor I smelled should have given a clear indication something was off. 8/1 Morning - Entered the car and noticed a significant amount of water in the cup holder as well as a soaked headliner from the center of the windshield towards the passenger front side. Still working on remediating the issues and will follow-up if allowed once a resolution is reached. Could not recommend Auto Lenders at this point and time. Quality of the cars based on my purchase is suspect.
